GBGHD Helios hairdryer - issue with product I ordered a GHD Helios hairdryer. There was an issue with my order. I emailed Beautykick’s customer services department and received a prompt response apologising for the issue. Lola contacted me to discuss the matter further and kindly offered a couple of options to resolve the issue which I am happy with as the product was bought for a birthday gift. Thank you for your help and I will recommend you going forward based on my experience of the how you have handled the situation turning it in to a positive experience.

GBGreat product, great price, slow to send I made a purchase on a Sunday night, no confirmation email, waited til Thursday to email them, and was sent a tracking code generated on Monday night but no further updates on tracking. Queried this by email and got an update from Royal Mail that it was on the way, delivered Saturday. Great product, great price, slow to send

GBI haven’t received the item yet I haven’t received the item yet. Nothing ! Yet I am being asked already about my experience. I also had an email today saying the whole order was complete… but I don’t have the item that I bought !!!

GBGood product, but communication could improve The hairdryer I purchased arrived well packed and works fine. It was received within the 3 to 5 working days stated. However, I did find that communication from the company could be improved to assure the customer that their order had been received, an approximate delivery date and via what method.

GBPerfecto👍🏼 AMAZING! was unhappy at first due to only being sent half of my order and it being cancelled but then received an email saying they saw my feedback and would like to help by sending the other half of my order! It came in 2 days and I’m so happy I can gift this now xx
