GHD Helios hairdryer - issue with product I ordered a GHD Helios hairdryer. There was an issue with my order. I emailed Beautykick’s customer services department and received a prompt response apologising for the issue. Lola contacted me to discuss the matter further and kindly offered a couple of options to resolve the issue which I am happy with as the product was bought for a birthday gift. A great price on a shaver. Bought a Panasonic shaver from here - best price around (with a discount code). Although I thought I ordered it before the 3pm deadline on a Friiday, the order wasn't processed til the following Monday. Having said that, I did receive it on the next Friday. So I guess 7 days in total (including the weekend) wasn't too bad.
