A great price on a shaver. Bought a Panasonic shaver from here - best price around (with a discount code). Although I thought I ordered it before the 3pm deadline on a Friiday, the order wasn't processed til the following Monday. Having said that, I did receive it on the next Friday. So I guess 7 days in total (including the weekend) wasn't too bad.

GHD Helios hairdryer - issue with product I ordered a GHD Helios hairdryer. There was an issue with my order. I emailed Beautykick’s customer services department and received a prompt response apologising for the issue. Lola contacted me to discuss the matter further and kindly offered a couple of options to resolve the issue which I am happy with as the product was bought for a birthday gift. Great product, great price, slow to send I made a purchase on a Sunday night, no confirmation email, waited til Thursday to email them, and was sent a tracking code generated on Monday night but no further updates on tracking. Queried this by email and got an update from Royal Mail that it was on the way, delivered Saturday. Great product, great price, slow to send
