Never again Never again Ordered first time. Ordered on the 6th April came on the 12th April. 2 items were not delivered. Couldn’t get hold of phone number provided. Sent an email,text and what’s app message on Saturday got reply on Tuesday. When I explained about 2 items then she said you can have a refund. It took 2 weeks to deliver. Not happy with service.

GHD Helios hairdryer - issue with product I ordered a GHD Helios hairdryer. There was an issue with my order. I emailed Beautykick’s customer services department and received a prompt response apologising for the issue. Lola contacted me to discuss the matter further and kindly offered a couple of options to resolve the issue which I am happy with as the product was bought for a birthday gift.
