GBI ordered the item and heard nothing I ordered the item and heard nothing. 2-5 days has so far turned into 10. I had to open a case with Paypal because I received no tracking information or confirmation and phoning the company went to an EE answerphone. Twice! Emails were returned with mailer daemon and only when I had Paypal contact the company did I receive a tracking number. But nothing yet. I shall wait and see if the item is real and write another review accordingly. But this far terrible.

GBGHD Helios hairdryer - issue with product I ordered a GHD Helios hairdryer. There was an issue with my order. I emailed Beautykick’s customer services department and received a prompt response apologising for the issue. Lola contacted me to discuss the matter further and kindly offered a couple of options to resolve the issue which I am happy with as the product was bought for a birthday gift. Thank you for your help and I will recommend you going forward based on my experience of the how you have handled the situation turning it in to a positive experience.

GBGood product, but communication could improve The hairdryer I purchased arrived well packed and works fine. It was received within the 3 to 5 working days stated. However, I did find that communication from the company could be improved to assure the customer that their order had been received, an approximate delivery date and via what method.
