CA1-800- contact not explanatory The initial phone call was not explanatory about the return process. I lost valuable treatment time securing the refund paperwork @ Costco. Would have been helpful had I received the directive email sooner.

CAunderstanding representative honestly told the representative I had a hair removal machine for 5yrs. it was pricy for 500 and sadly it stopped working.they offered a out of warranty option which I really appreciated it because again the device was so expensive. product works! but must be consistent.

CAWhen I called Silk'n to find out what… When I called Silk'n to find out what to do with my toothbrush because it was not working I spoke to a lady that at first seemed a little skeptical but after I gave her all my information she was very helpful and extremely nice. She took all my information and told me a new toothbrush would be sent out as soon as possible. I wish all returns of goods could and would be handled in the manner this one was.
