But Silk'n wrote in their website when I was ordering that delivery time to Germany is 2-3 working day. I need my order today Because I'm living Germany on Monday. Don't buy from them directly

When I called Silk'n to find out what… When I called Silk'n to find out what to do with my toothbrush because it was not working I spoke to a lady that at first seemed a little skeptical but after I gave her all my information she was very helpful and extremely nice. She took all my information and told me a new toothbrush would be sent out as soon as possible. I wish all returns of goods could and would be handled in the manner this one was.
