DEAwful experience to be honest Awful experience to be honest. Super slow work and lack of communication. They can disappear for 2 weeks and then try to reach you 5 times in 1 hour and be angry that you don't respond straight away. Waste of money. Added later: I wrote them multiple emails after their answer here and haven’t received any response, again. They are scammers, don’t use their services. Trust the amount of bad reviews that they constantly try to overpower with fake reviews

However, I chose WoodBows through a reference from my business partner. My virtual assistant Cedric started taking care of my entire business from the day one and he is so dedicated that he even gave tips on how to improve our sales. Such a great team to work with.

GRPlease please avoid this company!!! Please please avoid this company. They are the worst people ever. Not even able to communicate properly with you to organise a simple zoom meeting. Not able to understand your time zone. Very poor communication and there was no update on the tasks we asked them to complete. They avoided giving us a simple answer and made us wait for them in the zoom meeting room a number of times. I don't even know why they exist. We have asked for a refund and they have of course disappeared and didn't even have the courtesy to apologise to us for their lack of professionalism. We are totally disgusted by them and we wish we had never crossed paths with them.

GBHonest review and experience Well, I originally believed that Woodbows was a decent company. I was a customer for well over four months. The assistant I was working with was not very competent but still got things done, so I was content. But slowly, the work rate dropped to almost zero, and the hours kept going up. I started getting charged 30 hours for a single spreadsheet. I requested they stop my subscription. Nothing happened, and I kept getting charged, so after 300 dollars wasted, I put a hold on my card. Like others have pointed out, the manager was Rabinesh Chand. Then, my assistant called me one day, crying. She said she was cut off from the company with no explanation. Truly a horrible company. They have paid for good reviews from bloggers, but I haven't met anyone who hasn't lost money using them.
