The VA we were assigned was incapable of doing the basic task we asked, which was only calendar management. After being unhappy I asked to stop the service. I then was asking for a refund of unused hours, then they just started ignoring all my emails. I was then charged again even though everything was cancelled and currently having to dispute the charge with my credit card company, since nobody from WoodBows will get back to me. I suggest you stay away from WoodBows.
