Good. I was a client of Madcityservers for almost 2 months, no downtime and the support response times are fast enough.

Great Service I have had my server for just about 20 days now and it has been running absolutely great. The support even responded within a day to my request to move from Miami to Los Angeles. The only downside I've seen is that a few packets can have a higher latency than normal. I am not too sure if it is my internet that does it but I do not have the issue with any other server.

It's been more than eight months… It's been more than eight months since I use their services, and the quality of everything, from servers to support is outstanding.

Low-cost high-profile servers It's hard to imagine buying such a high-profile server at such a low price.
