The owner is rude, customer service is pathetic. In short you get what you pay for, cheap price with cheap customer service. Horrible experience. Use reputed service provider instead. You are dumb, you do not know what are you talking about. You guys have blocked my account else would have shared the tik number. It is not about cpanel etc...its about your vps restart issue without prior notification and when reported you insult your costomer by telling them to leave and find other service provide. Great Service I have had my server for just about 20 days now and it has been running absolutely great. The support even responded within a day to my request to move from Miami to Los Angeles. The only downside I've seen is that a few packets can have a higher latency than normal. I am not too sure if it is my internet that does it but I do not have the issue with any other server.
