Great products, disappointing experience The products are great, unfortunately my shipping experience wasn't the best. After taking longer than normal to arrive, 2 of the items were missing. When I received the missing items, the blush palette was broken. I had been looking forward to it & I wasn't able to use it. Everything else is pretty good. Love the lippies & vibrant colored mascaras.

Beauty products for diverse customers! Colourpop truly has great beauty products that don't break the bank! Your colors truly do pop, and your palettes appeal to a broad intersection of different skin tones, hair colors, etc. I am an older customer (age 66) with silver white/gray hair, light green eyes, and a light olive skin tone. I can always find something that works for me from Colourpop. My daughter (27) and I enjoy shopping for and wearing Colourpop products together. Having a great variety of different products appeals to a broader customer base!

First rate eye shadows! The sale gave me an incentive to purchase. The eye shadow shades were helpfully shown on different skin tones and the fact that I was able to purchase more products through the payment plan all contributed to the great experience.

Purchase experience was fine Purchase experience was fine, the first time I used the nude lippie stick I bought it was broken. Down where the piece turns it up. So now I cannot even use it.

They shipped over a new set immediately faster than I expected. They do not play around, they are very professional.
