Smooth check out process Smooth check out process, however, extremely slow on receiving orders. Never true to what is said timing will be. No communication as to where order is in process. This I don't like. I have ordered two other times & this seems to be the usual standard. However, the selection is great to choose from. Do not order unless its two to three months prior to the event that you are wanting to wear the clothing too.

Good customer service After having some disappointed experience, Trendia came back up to my expectations and did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied and happy to say that I will be shopping from them again. Thank you Trendia!

The order did not come on time The order did not come on time. I wanted the dress for Eid, and it came five days after Eid, even after I emailed them continuously for weeks to ship my dress because I knew this was going to happen.

I had an averge experience with… I had an averge experience with trendia.co. Nothing out of the ordinary. Appearance and quality of the products were corrsponding to the price. There was no surprse. Average proces and selection. I cann't say that I had anyormous experience. It was kind of meh. The site it self was easy to navidate and find what I was looking for but I wouldn't rate it as above the avergae

I would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered twice to the US and had the worst experience both the times. The quality is never as described. The clothes are not inexpensive and still the clothes are not worth it. They denied me returns both the times because it doesn't fit in their 'RETURN POLICY'
