GBThe dress ordered were not the size… The dress ordered were not the size mentioned on the website. So I wanted to exchange it for the correct size. But since it was over a week they didn't want to even try to help me for the exchange process. They are being penny wise puns foolish as I have been a customer and bought many kurta sets from this site. I had been very happy with those size but the 2 midi dresses are super small and cannot be used. The original tag is still on but they donot want to help with exchange process. very disappointed.

GBI would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered twice to the US and had the worst experience both the times. The quality is never as described. The clothes are not inexpensive and still the clothes are not worth it. They denied me returns both the times because it doesn't fit in their 'RETURN POLICY'

GBBeware of ordering through Trendia Beware of ordering through Trendia! Purchased 4 items and ONLY 1 was accurate per description. The items are not inexpensive considering the quality. ORDER at your own risk or better still DO NOT ORDER and waste your time dealing with a company that takes you for a ride. 1) Incorrect sizing- 2 of the 4 items 2) No one answers the phone at +1 312-392-0189 3) Said that you cannot return or exchange item even though it is in condition received. For being an online company, how is one to expect their quality when they are wrong 75% of the time with their product sizing and quality.

CANo returns are accepted. Fraud company. Size not fitting and the remark the customer care made is " Please note that we do not accept returns for dislike of product quality" which I feel is an indifferent comment for a fashion product. They won't accept return or exchange. Apparels belong to a subjective product category and mostly will need exchanges or returns. Stay away.

GBGreat Company! I got a little worried about the shipping process from a lot of the other customer reviews, but honestly everything happened as explained. Lost cost for the apparel! It did take about 12 business days for the shipping to be generated (as explained on the website), once shipping was generated 3 business days to get the tracking info updated (as explained by the website). If anything maybe I would've bought a size up, but overall a very straight forward process.
