Not bad Received banarasi sarees today .Packing is good.Sarees are not as shiny as shown in pics but still have some shine in them and I love them since I badly wanted these sarees I don't care much about quality.It took me 23 days to get the items .I had to call customer care several times to get tracking updates.Note : they didn't pick up but always called back .The ladies who attended the calls were sincere and professional and assured that I will get my order.They said they were waiting for 1 saree to arrive and once they get they will ship to usa.Then got my DHL tracking email .Once DHL delivered ( to a different state ) in usa it took 5 days for package to reach my home ( via usps) .The tracking number they provided for USPS didn't work.Improvement is needed in communicating to customers and sending timely updates about package.Once package was delivered got an email confirmation that it is delivered.Overall than the wait time and tracking updates nothing much to complain

The Home away from home hen I received my order… The first time when I received my order from Trendia, every thing was perfect, not anything wrong, I was so over the moon that I naturally put in my second order. I hate to admit this, but every thing was wrong this time, from the size to the dress quantity and even the jewelry. But I am taking this as a good omen, after every storm comes a rainbow. I’m not giving Trendia up, I am still going to keep on ordering from them, for they do have the best designs and styles and their prices are reasonable. And the best part is I’m getting to wear the lates Indian outfits being so far away from home.

I had an averge experience with… I had an averge experience with trendia.co. Nothing out of the ordinary. Appearance and quality of the products were corrsponding to the price. There was no surprse. Average proces and selection. I cann't say that I had anyormous experience. It was kind of meh. The site it self was easy to navidate and find what I was looking for but I wouldn't rate it as above the avergae

The dress ordered were not the size… The dress ordered were not the size mentioned on the website. So I wanted to exchange it for the correct size. But since it was over a week they didn't want to even try to help me for the exchange process. They are being penny wise puns foolish as I have been a customer and bought many kurta sets from this site. I had been very happy with those size but the 2 midi dresses are super small and cannot be used. The original tag is still on but they donot want to help with exchange process. very disappointed.

I just received my product and it’s… I just received my product and it’s looking beautiful. Everything is so perfect like stitching, fitting, and length size. Also, the fabric and color exactly the same that was in the display photo. I am love with my dress. I also requested to delivered my order before 25th and they did. Just love the experience.
