But Robert and Andrew from customer services were able to provide guidance and reassurance by offering recommendations on what Dossier was able to do and I could do too. Great team! GBWhat might have been a bad first… What might have been a bad first experience turned into testimony to quality customer service and impeccable policy handling. My first package went missing, and I didn’t even know I purchased a package protection policy but a few days after the package was supposed to be delivered, I saw it wasn’t around and contacted the help center, who requested I ask my neighbors and wait an extra day or two in case it was misplaced. After 2 days I still didn’t find anything so I contacted help again and after filing a claim and waiting one more day, they initiated my refund. I appreciate the ease and integrity of the customer service team and I hope to actually try some of these out besides the one my ex used to wear, cus they sound amazing. I have a cart full right now, I’m just waiting for my next paycheck to pull the trigger

CAGave me headaches!! + 10$ fee return Ordered and wanted to try the labo copy perfume, overall packaging was good and all but the scent omg, it was so strong it gave me huge headaches. I didn’t want it anymore and so returned it and they charged me 10$ for the return. I honestly think they shouldn’t charge for returns when it involves the person not liking the smell. Won’t be buying anymore and won’t be trying out more , typically paying 10$ when I am trying perfume. Not worth it
