I love their perfumes I love their perfumes! They are long lasting and smell great. I have had a good experience with customer service as well! They got back to me quickly and solved my problem.

They processed a refund immediately when I didn't know how to apply some credits to my order and walked me through the steps so that I wouldn't make the same mistake next time.

What might have been a bad first… What might have been a bad first experience turned into testimony to quality customer service and impeccable policy handling. My first package went missing, and I didn’t even know I purchased a package protection policy but a few days after the package was supposed to be delivered, I saw it wasn’t around and contacted the help center, who requested I ask my neighbors and wait an extra day or two in case it was misplaced. After 2 days I still didn’t find anything so I contacted help again and after filing a claim and waiting one more day, they initiated my refund. I appreciate the ease and integrity of the customer service team and I hope to actually try some of these out besides the one my ex used to wear, cus they sound amazing. I have a cart full right now, I’m just waiting for my next paycheck to pull the trigger

I had recently made a purchase and upon… I had recently made a purchase and upon delivery my package was stolen but thanks to the dossier protection plan they quickly sent me a replacement it’s en route now but I can’t wait to have my cologne!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now and I love the fact they take care of their customers 10/10 I highly recommend!!!
