Unfortunately my light product would… Unfortunately my light product would not charge but Dale stepped in and resolved the issue with prompt responses and individual contact. With all the companies outsourcing and having automated dealings it’s impressive I had a point man to handle my issue. I was very impressed even though it was a pain dealing with a defective product.
