Unfortunately my light product would… Unfortunately my light product would not charge but Dale stepped in and resolved the issue with prompt responses and individual contact. With all the companies outsourcing and having automated dealings it’s impressive I had a point man to handle my issue. I was very impressed even though it was a pain dealing with a defective product. Auraglow is a quality tooth whitening system So far I am happy with the whitening results from using Auraglow. My only issue is having to wear the device for 30 minutes. I'm guessing this is required in order to have a product that's safer for the enamel of your teeth. Overall I would recommend Auraglow to anyone desiring a good quality tooth whitening system.

Recently I bought some more whitening gel and had issues with my current LED light - the light wouldn't stay on and there was also a buzzing noise that wouldn't' stop. I reached out to Auraglow and asked if there was something I could do to fix the light. I received a super quick response from Dale @ Auraglow and he immediately offered to replace the light at no cost. I had no expectations going into this conversation and was very pleased to have the new light delivered in 2 days.

I was amazed at how fast it works, after 2 days, the stains were much lighter. I have no doubt that with continued use, they will be gone. The customer service is great, I had a question and they replied the next day.
