Help within 24 hours!! Absolutely wonderful customer service this company has. 100% makes me want to recommend to friends. I had an old light unit I was unfortunately only able to use a few times before having to discontinue use due to pregnancy. Unfortunately, after I had my baby and went to use my unit again, it malfunctioned, meaning I’d have to repurchase the whole thing again. I reached out to customer service (Dale) who replied within 24 hours and offered to replace my unit with the newer version, no questions asked. Super pleased with the help and so excited to get back to teeth whitening!!

Best system I've Used Once set up, AuraGlow is easy to use. The timer simplifies tracking application. The intense blue light makes professional grade whitening possible. The whitening gel is without strong flavor or irritation. I'm mid-way through and I'm thrilled with the results. Customer service is phenomenal.
