I usually do not purchase suite on… I usually do not purchase suite on online. However, I was carried away by your website and collections. I hate my experience with you. The clothes look dim and old. The sizes are great and fitting to me. You need to improve.

Incredible shopping experience Purchased the three suit deal. Shirts, belt, socks and other accessories all included. Initially purchased the first suit for a wedding last year. Set my son up with the second suit and today I went in for the third suit. Welcomed by Kerry, who was very helpful and friendly. Kerry introduced us to Jeff the store manager. Jeffrey was patient and extremely knowledgeable. I went with the first suit Jeff picked out for me in the proper size and color. Also professionally altered my suit before I left the store. Exceptional service! In addition, helped me purchase a new overcoat which was conveniently on sale! Thank you Jeff and Kerry for a terrific experience. You are both an asset to Karako Suits!

Karako Suits & Evie are Great Went to Karako in Howard Beach N.Y. for the first time recently & I have to say that I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism & care that our salesperson Evie gave us. She was incredible & she was able to make what can be a somewhat stressful situation relaxing & fun. She knew exactly what she was doing & how to accommodate us. The company has tried to make things right by offering free merchandise, which I declined. One has nothing to do with the other. But they did try so I must give them that. They did apologize and I accepted. I have always liked the store and will continue to shop there. Sorry but I don't know if I will give the online store another chance.

My son needed a suit for a wedding My son needed a suit for a wedding, and the salesman immediately took them to look at one of the most expensive suits in the store. When my daughter in law said no thank you, the salesman immediately said in a snotty way “Who’s wearing it, you or him?” So they walked out. On the way out they saw some nice, reasonably priced suits but they were not going to shop there after what happened.
