GBBeware of there return… Beware of there return process...there's a restocking fee and then they will delay the refund...u don't get the refund if don't keep track of the time...PayPal not effective in the process

GBI placed an order online and received the wrong items. I placed an order online and received the incorrect products as far as sizes and fit, and was supposed to get a return phone call about getting them exchanged and no one has done so. I’m going to process my exchange at a store because I don’t have that much time to waste and wait until someone calls me back.

GBKarako Suits & Evie are Great Went to Karako in Howard Beach N.Y. for the first time recently & I have to say that I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism & care that our salesperson Evie gave us. She was incredible & she was able to make what can be a somewhat stressful situation relaxing & fun. She knew exactly what she was doing & how to accommodate us. GBNot worth the discount. Suit was hemmed poorly and the amount they charged for alterations was not worth doing in house. Fabric was of low quality despite the fact that I paid more money for a higher quality suit. I just had to buy yet another suit for a wedding I’m attending next week. This time I’m going through another company for similar prices but higher quality.
