GBKarako Suits & Evie are Great Went to Karako in Howard Beach N.Y. for the first time recently & I have to say that I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism & care that our salesperson Evie gave us. She was incredible & she was able to make what can be a somewhat stressful situation relaxing & fun. She knew exactly what she was doing & how to accommodate us. GBI would have rated 5 stars if Karako … I would have rated 5 stars if Karako Suits had 800 number directly to customer services. The problem was the shipping order listed a wrong address that I did not notice until a day or two after confirmation. They never responded in 24 hrs. as stated in e-mail policy of contact. I did got my suit and was very pleased. But being under a time limit for inseam tailoring you can see why I was worried

GBCould be better (service) No communication after ordering. Called 3 different times 2 inquire after order, took information 2 with people 1 automated did not get back. Received 13 days after order were box was beat up pretty bad. Could have been better.

GBI usually do not purchase suite on… I usually do not purchase suite on online. However, I was carried away by your website and collections. I hate my experience with you. The clothes look dim and old. The sizes are great and fitting to me. You need to improve.

GBLarge Wedding Party Purchase at Lynbrook I purchased a large order of suits for a wedding party at the Karako Suits in Lynbrook. 13 suits in total with jacket sizes ranging from 36 to 56. All suits fit perfectly and were all delivered with more than enough time for any alterations if needed. Not only do I recommend shopping at this location, I also recommend purchasing suits for wedding parties instead of renting. Not only can you get the suits at discounted prices, the suits are new/never worn by anyone else and you can keep them afterwards.
