GBI would have rated 5 stars if Karako … I would have rated 5 stars if Karako Suits had 800 number directly to customer services. The problem was the shipping order listed a wrong address that I did not notice until a day or two after confirmation. They never responded in 24 hrs. as stated in e-mail policy of contact. I did got my suit and was very pleased. But being under a time limit for inseam tailoring you can see why I was worried

GBLarge Wedding Party Purchase at Lynbrook I purchased a large order of suits for a wedding party at the Karako Suits in Lynbrook. 13 suits in total with jacket sizes ranging from 36 to 56. All suits fit perfectly and were all delivered with more than enough time for any alterations if needed. Not only do I recommend shopping at this location, I also recommend purchasing suits for wedding parties instead of renting. Not only can you get the suits at discounted prices, the suits are new/never worn by anyone else and you can keep them afterwards.

GBTerrible Experience I placed an order on a weekend and did not receive confirmation of sale until Monday. I needed ties and suspenders for a function the following Saturday. They never arrived. The postal service notified me Saturday morning that the company put the wrong address on the package and it was returned to sender. My address is correct on the order and they managed to charge my credit card very easily. The stores do not carry the same stock as the website so I could not purchase at my local store, and when I tried calling no one answered the phone. I will never shop at this site again.

GBEmailed Karako twice Emailed Karako twice, imploring them, begging for assistance to buy a special Blazer I'd hunted for ages. Got NO relply. I admitted I'm a disabled person, I don't get around easily. STILL no reply, 2 years later...

GBIncredible shopping experience Purchased the three suit deal. Shirts, belt, socks and other accessories all included. Initially purchased the first suit for a wedding last year. Set my son up with the second suit and today I went in for the third suit. Welcomed by Kerry, who was very helpful and friendly. Kerry introduced us to Jeff the store manager. Jeffrey was patient and extremely knowledgeable. I went with the first suit Jeff picked out for me in the proper size and color. Also professionally altered my suit before I left the store. Exceptional service! In addition, helped me purchase a new overcoat which was conveniently on sale! Thank you Jeff and Kerry for a terrific experience. You are both an asset to Karako Suits!
