She was incredible & she was able to make what can be a somewhat stressful situation relaxing & fun. She knew exactly what she was doing & how to accommodate us. GBNot worth the discount. Suit was hemmed poorly and the amount they charged for alterations was not worth doing in house. Fabric was of low quality despite the fact that I paid more money for a higher quality suit. I just had to buy yet another suit for a wedding I’m attending next week. This time I’m going through another company for similar prices but higher quality.

GBI ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25 I ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25. I received the shirts on 8/3, 8 days later, the suit came on 8/9, 14 days after ordered and it was the wrong size. The shipping invoice says what I ordered 44S, but they sent a 44R. First I order clothes online frequently and have never had items take this long to be shipped. It wasn't even the length of time after being shipped. It took forever for it to BE SHIPPED. Also when I call the customer service number I have never been able to get a person that can resolve the issue. Leave a message or someone takes your information and says someone will call you back. I'm still waiting. I just sent them an email because I want to return the oversized suit. Let's see how long this takes.

GBBought three suits in the Howard Beach… Bought three suits in the Howard Beach store. Very happy with the quality. Very disappointed with the service. All three pants were in need of tailoring which I paid for. I brought the pants back several weeks later because the rear of the pants were still sagging. I was re-charged for this tailoring. Two of the three pants were never even worn! The tailor said the length needed to be re-tailored as well. The store rep wanted to charge me for that too. Did I grown in those few weeks? Very poor customer service. I will never step back in the store. Hope that $75 makes them very happy!
