Set my son up with the second suit and today I went in for the third suit. Welcomed by Kerry, who was very helpful and friendly. Kerry introduced us to Jeff the store manager. Jeffrey was patient and extremely knowledgeable. I went with the first suit Jeff picked out for me in the proper size and color. Also professionally altered my suit before I left the store. Exceptional service! In addition, helped me purchase a new overcoat which was conveniently on sale! Thank you Jeff and Kerry for a terrific experience. You are both an asset to Karako Suits!

GBI usually do not purchase suite on… I usually do not purchase suite on online. However, I was carried away by your website and collections. I hate my experience with you. The clothes look dim and old. The sizes are great and fitting to me. You need to improve.

GBI am updating my previous review "I… I am updating my previous review "I ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25". The company has tried to make things right by offering free merchandise, which I declined. One has nothing to do with the other. But they did try so I must give them that. They did apologize and I accepted. I have always liked the store and will continue to shop there. Sorry but I don't know if I will give the online store another chance.

GBSo far a month has gone. I did not receive my order over a month ago, I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. They sent me a confirmation. So far I did not receive my order. I emailed them three time so far and contacted them. No answer from this company. I am still waiting to receive my order.
