Karako Suits is a family owned and operated business. The first Karako Suits location opened on May of 1982, in the famous Garment District in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. This particular store, specializing in leather jackets & men’s suits, quickly gained the strong reputation of being the best deal in town. Saving people money, while providing first-class quality, has been the goal of the Karako Family since opening the doors to our first location 30 years ago. Today, we operate 12 stores throughout New York and New Jersey. We have locations in Manhattan, Queens, Nassau, Suffolk, and Rockland counties, in addition to our New Jersey location in Union. Having built strong relationships with manufactures and vendors over the past 30 years, we are able to provide the lowest prices and greatest value, something that our competition cannot match. I would have rated 5 stars if Karako … I would have rated 5 stars if Karako Suits had 800 number directly to customer services. The problem was the shipping order listed a wrong address that I did not notice until a day or two after confirmation. They never responded in 24 hrs. as stated in e-mail policy of contact. I did got my suit and was very pleased. But being under a time limit for inseam tailoring you can see why I was worried

So far a month has gone. I did not receive my order over a month ago, I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. They sent me a confirmation. So far I did not receive my order. I emailed them three time so far and contacted them. No answer from this company. I am still waiting to receive my order.

I usually do not purchase suite on… I usually do not purchase suite on online. However, I was carried away by your website and collections. I hate my experience with you. The clothes look dim and old. The sizes are great and fitting to me. You need to improve.

Terrible Experience I placed an order on a weekend and did not receive confirmation of sale until Monday. I needed ties and suspenders for a function the following Saturday. They never arrived. The postal service notified me Saturday morning that the company put the wrong address on the package and it was returned to sender. My address is correct on the order and they managed to charge my credit card very easily. The stores do not carry the same stock as the website so I could not purchase at my local store, and when I tried calling no one answered the phone. I will never shop at this site again.

Karako Suits & Evie are Great Went to Karako in Howard Beach N.Y. for the first time recently & I have to say that I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism & care that our salesperson Evie gave us. She was incredible & she was able to make what can be a somewhat stressful situation relaxing & fun. She knew exactly what she was doing & how to accommodate us. Thank you Karako & especially THANK YOU EVIE !!!!....I highly recommend this Karako store & make sure to ask for Evie
