GBI ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25 I ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25. I received the shirts on 8/3, 8 days later, the suit came on 8/9, 14 days after ordered and it was the wrong size. The shipping invoice says what I ordered 44S, but they sent a 44R. First I order clothes online frequently and have never had items take this long to be shipped. It wasn't even the length of time after being shipped. It took forever for it to BE SHIPPED. Also when I call the customer service number I have never been able to get a person that can resolve the issue. Leave a message or someone takes your information and says someone will call you back. I'm still waiting. I just sent them an email because I want to return the oversized suit. Let's see how long this takes.

GBTerrible Experience I placed an order on a weekend and did not receive confirmation of sale until Monday. I needed ties and suspenders for a function the following Saturday. They never arrived. The postal service notified me Saturday morning that the company put the wrong address on the package and it was returned to sender. My address is correct on the order and they managed to charge my credit card very easily. The stores do not carry the same stock as the website so I could not purchase at my local store, and when I tried calling no one answered the phone. I will never shop at this site again.

GBKarako Suits & Evie are Great Went to Karako in Howard Beach N.Y. for the first time recently & I have to say that I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism & care that our salesperson Evie gave us. She was incredible & she was able to make what can be a somewhat stressful situation relaxing & fun. She knew exactly what she was doing & how to accommodate us. Thank you Karako & especially THANK YOU EVIE !!!!....I highly recommend this Karako store & make sure to ask for Evie

GBMy son needed a suit for a wedding My son needed a suit for a wedding, and the salesman immediately took them to look at one of the most expensive suits in the store. When my daughter in law said no thank you, the salesman immediately said in a snotty way “Who’s wearing it, you or him?” So they walked out. On the way out they saw some nice, reasonably priced suits but they were not going to shop there after what happened.

GBNot worth the discount. Suit was hemmed poorly and the amount they charged for alterations was not worth doing in house. Fabric was of low quality despite the fact that I paid more money for a higher quality suit. I just had to buy yet another suit for a wedding I’m attending next week. This time I’m going through another company for similar prices but higher quality.
