Set my son up with the second suit and today I went in for the third suit. Welcomed by Kerry, who was very helpful and friendly. Kerry introduced us to Jeff the store manager. Jeffrey was patient and extremely knowledgeable. I went with the first suit Jeff picked out for me in the proper size and color. Also professionally altered my suit before I left the store. GBBought three suits in the Howard Beach… Bought three suits in the Howard Beach store. Very happy with the quality. Very disappointed with the service. All three pants were in need of tailoring which I paid for. I brought the pants back several weeks later because the rear of the pants were still sagging. I was re-charged for this tailoring. Two of the three pants were never even worn! The tailor said the length needed to be re-tailored as well. The store rep wanted to charge me for that too. Did I grown in those few weeks? Very poor customer service. I will never step back in the store. Hope that $75 makes them very happy!
