Karako Suits is a family owned and operated business. The first Karako Suits location opened on May of 1982, in the famous Garment District in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. This particular store, specializing in leather jackets & men’s suits, quickly gained the strong reputation of being the best deal in town. Saving people money, while providing first-class quality, has been the goal of the Karako Family since opening the doors to our first location 30 years ago. Today, we operate 12 stores throughout New York and New Jersey. We have locations in Manhattan, Queens, Nassau, Suffolk, and Rockland counties, in addition to our New Jersey location in Union. I ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25 I ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25. I received the shirts on 8/3, 8 days later, the suit came on 8/9, 14 days after ordered and it was the wrong size. The shipping invoice says what I ordered 44S, but they sent a 44R. First I order clothes online frequently and have never had items take this long to be shipped. It wasn't even the length of time after being shipped. It took forever for it to BE SHIPPED. Also when I call the customer service number I have never been able to get a person that can resolve the issue. Leave a message or someone takes your information and says someone will call you back. I'm still waiting. I just sent them an email because I want to return the oversized suit. Let's see how long this takes.

This was 3rd boys suit purchased from… This was 3rd boys suit purchased from this shop. Drove my kids up to store almost 2 yrs ago and ordered other 2 online. Suit i bought this time was $80 and included shipping. Fit well (still getting altered). Couldn't be happier. Not investing in a Brioni for kids. Never had to return anything. Will order all future suits from this business. Quality better than walmart, for sure. I live in south carolina.

I ordered a gift card I ordered a gift card. I was told it would be shipped. I was expecting an actual card. Instead, I received (via Fed Ex) a piece of paper that said it was a gift card. It looked like a receipt, not what you would want to give as a gift.

Large Wedding Party Purchase at Lynbrook I purchased a large order of suits for a wedding party at the Karako Suits in Lynbrook. 13 suits in total with jacket sizes ranging from 36 to 56. All suits fit perfectly and were all delivered with more than enough time for any alterations if needed. Not only do I recommend shopping at this location, I also recommend purchasing suits for wedding parties instead of renting. Not only can you get the suits at discounted prices, the suits are new/never worn by anyone else and you can keep them afterwards.
