GBI ordered a gift card I ordered a gift card. I was told it would be shipped. I was expecting an actual card. Instead, I received (via Fed Ex) a piece of paper that said it was a gift card. It looked like a receipt, not what you would want to give as a gift.

GBIncredible shopping experience Purchased the three suit deal. Shirts, belt, socks and other accessories all included. Initially purchased the first suit for a wedding last year. Set my son up with the second suit and today I went in for the third suit. Welcomed by Kerry, who was very helpful and friendly. Kerry introduced us to Jeff the store manager. Jeffrey was patient and extremely knowledgeable. I went with the first suit Jeff picked out for me in the proper size and color. Also professionally altered my suit before I left the store. Exceptional service! In addition, helped me purchase a new overcoat which was conveniently on sale! Thank you Jeff and Kerry for a terrific experience. You are both an asset to Karako Suits!

GBNot worth the discount. Suit was hemmed poorly and the amount they charged for alterations was not worth doing in house. Fabric was of low quality despite the fact that I paid more money for a higher quality suit. I just had to buy yet another suit for a wedding I’m attending next week. This time I’m going through another company for similar prices but higher quality.

GBMy son needed a suit for a wedding My son needed a suit for a wedding, and the salesman immediately took them to look at one of the most expensive suits in the store. When my daughter in law said no thank you, the salesman immediately said in a snotty way “Who’s wearing it, you or him?” So they walked out. On the way out they saw some nice, reasonably priced suits but they were not going to shop there after what happened.

GBI am updating my previous review "I… I am updating my previous review "I ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25". The company has tried to make things right by offering free merchandise, which I declined. One has nothing to do with the other. But they did try so I must give them that. They did apologize and I accepted. I have always liked the store and will continue to shop there. Sorry but I don't know if I will give the online store another chance.
