USBought three suits in the Howard Beach… Bought three suits in the Howard Beach store. Very happy with the quality. Very disappointed with the service. All three pants were in need of tailoring which I paid for. I brought the pants back several weeks later because the rear of the pants were still sagging. I was re-charged for this tailoring. Two of the three pants were never even worn! The tailor said the length needed to be re-tailored as well. The store rep wanted to charge me for that too. Did I grown in those few weeks? Very poor customer service. I will never step back in the store. Hope that $75 makes them very happy!

USI usually do not purchase suite on… I usually do not purchase suite on online. However, I was carried away by your website and collections. I hate my experience with you. The clothes look dim and old. The sizes are great and fitting to me. You need to improve.

USI ordered a gift card I ordered a gift card. I was told it would be shipped. I was expecting an actual card. Instead, I received (via Fed Ex) a piece of paper that said it was a gift card. It looked like a receipt, not what you would want to give as a gift.

USCould be better (service) No communication after ordering. Called 3 different times 2 inquire after order, took information 2 with people 1 automated did not get back. Received 13 days after order were box was beat up pretty bad. Could have been better.

USI am updating my previous review "I… I am updating my previous review "I ordered 2 shirts and a suit on 7/25". The company has tried to make things right by offering free merchandise, which I declined. One has nothing to do with the other. But they did try so I must give them that. They did apologize and I accepted. I have always liked the store and will continue to shop there. Sorry but I don't know if I will give the online store another chance.
