GBMy son needed a suit for a wedding My son needed a suit for a wedding, and the salesman immediately took them to look at one of the most expensive suits in the store. When my daughter in law said no thank you, the salesman immediately said in a snotty way “Who’s wearing it, you or him?” So they walked out. On the way out they saw some nice, reasonably priced suits but they were not going to shop there after what happened.

GBKarako Suits & Evie are Great Went to Karako in Howard Beach N.Y. for the first time recently & I have to say that I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism & care that our salesperson Evie gave us. She was incredible & she was able to make what can be a somewhat stressful situation relaxing & fun. She knew exactly what she was doing & how to accommodate us. GBBought three suits in the Howard Beach… Bought three suits in the Howard Beach store. Very happy with the quality. Very disappointed with the service. All three pants were in need of tailoring which I paid for. I brought the pants back several weeks later because the rear of the pants were still sagging. I was re-charged for this tailoring. Two of the three pants were never even worn! The tailor said the length needed to be re-tailored as well. The store rep wanted to charge me for that too. Did I grown in those few weeks? Very poor customer service. I will never step back in the store. Hope that $75 makes them very happy!

GBI usually do not purchase suite on… I usually do not purchase suite on online. However, I was carried away by your website and collections. I hate my experience with you. The clothes look dim and old. The sizes are great and fitting to me. You need to improve.
