After downloadind an "unidentified… After downloading an "unidentified developer" copy of the app I didn't receive any requested help. An "identified developer" copy of the app would have solved the issue. Fortunately after numerous emails and calls (unanswered) I was refunded for my purchase amount. A real pain-in-ass experience!

I downloaded Office 2016 from Dotnet… I downloaded Office 2016 from Dotnet and the process was easy and went very smoothly. However, I ran into some trouble having Microsoft activate the account. I tried several ideas and went online to look for a solution but nothing seemed to work. So I decided to use the live chat Dotnet Keys offers, not really expecting much. However, within a few seconds, I had someone on the other end and he was extremely helpful and patient with me. Within a few minutes we had the problem resolved and I was very impressed! If the opportunity arises, I would use Dotnet Keys again and highly recommend this company.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I ordered a piece of software and received the wrong item. That was 4 weeks ago and it still has not been resolved. Not even a response. I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!! They have an "online chat" service that you send a message and you sit there like a monkey waiting for a response and the screen constantly says "wait time 1 minute" and you can wait 15 to 20 minutes before the site refreshes the chat and you start over. I am the fool for buying from this joke of a company. Great joke fellas, you got me.
