I had to cancel my subscription but didn’t have time to go through all the steps. (I had just received unsettling news about my husband). Muhammed addressed my needs immediately AND then followed up with me twice to check on how my husband and I were doing ! This is incredible. When life has settled back down, I absolutely will reorder! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

GBReceived Expiring Products I emailed SUPPORT back in Feb and followed up on my request 4-5 times and still hadn’t gotten a response back. I tried chatting with them but no one is ever on the other end. I tried calling to speak to anyone but they just redirect you to email (which has been the most unsuccessful). I left a voicemail message…. To whom?? I have no idea, but that doesn’t matter because I still haven’t received a call back. This is madness. I had ordered two of the wireless whitening kits and have gone through using 1-1/4 of the gel whitening serums and had noticed its ineffectiveness. I had thrown out the plastic of the 1st kit I was using BUT realized my second unopened kit had a “label correction:” sticker saying the serum exp 11/23. I just purchased these in July.. their website says the shelf life of these serums are 2 years… mine expired in 4 months. This goes the same for the whitening toothpaste I received. Their faq page says 18 months but the toothpaste I received is expiring 5/24 after receiving the order in September. I’m just here with expired/near expiring products. I just wanted replacements.. but at this point, I just want refunds for these orders.

GBThe BEST customer service SNOW has been my go-to teeth-whitening tool for almost two years now. In that time, I have seen progress with my teeth after every use. They have perfected everything down to the way they pack and ship their products. I have ordered their wireless teeth whitening kit, mouthwash, and toothpaste. All of the products have been tremendous. What sets SNOW apart is their exceptional customer service. I've encountered issues with the teeth whitening kit twice, but with just a few messages to the support center, they promptly resolved the problem, making me feel valued as a customer. I have received numerous free gifts with these orders, and they never make me question why I stay with SNOW. You would be a fool to use any other company for your teeth whitening needs.

GBHorrible customer service Wonderful products that really do work, but customer service (if you can call it that) is horrible. I’ve received unsealed mouthwash that soaked the boxes & my mail. I’ve received partial orders but charged for the full order 3 times. I’ve received the wrong products & was charged for them. After 4 months, I finally received a response from “customer service” that the 2 items they were complimentary & I wasn’t charged for them (I most definitely was), & that they were closing the ticket. The list goes on and on. I’ve sent weekly requests to Snow for months trying to resolve numerous issues & they won’t respond. The only time they responded was the one stated above. Lastly, I’ve placed 3 orders that show as being shipped but never were actually shipped. Their customer service used to be top notch, but it is nonexistent now. I refuse to order from them anymore & it’s such a shame because their products are excellent.
