Great Whitening Products Great Products. I really like the Nano-Hydroxyapatite Whitening toothpaste, it keeps my teeth white and tastes great too. I also got the Instant Teeth Brightening Purple Serum, it’s so weird but so amazing. I bought it for my husband to attend an event and it instantly gave his teeth the appearance of whiteness. I’m glad I found these amazing products; I love the toothbrush and The Snow Wireless Teeth Whitening Kit exceeded my expectations. All I do now is get a new wand every three months, do a treatment for 10 days while texting on my phone, working on my laptop or watching tv or and my teeth are professionally white. BTW, customer service is great, they answer questions immediately. The shipping was totally unbelievable. I recommend this to anybody who is trying to whiten their teeth. You’ll feel so special after the first use.

2 years ago I ordered a parcel from… 2 years ago I ordered a parcel from Snow Teeth Whitening and never received my order. Clearing old e-mails I stumbled upon correspondence from Snow asking how I am experiencing their product. Having explained in short what has concurred I immediately received help in order to correct the loss. The customer service was impeccable and a true testament to Snow’s drive to be unmatched.

Hello Hello, I want to share that I have been so impressed with the snow product. Its so easy to use, very affordable and i have no sensitivity with the product. Touch is easy and my teeth look amazing. I cannot say enough good things, buy it , you will be happy you did. The customer service is exceptional as well!!!

Received Expiring Products I emailed SUPPORT back in Feb and followed up on my request 4-5 times and still hadn’t gotten a response back. I tried chatting with them but no one is ever on the other end. I tried calling to speak to anyone but they just redirect you to email (which has been the most unsuccessful). I left a voicemail message…. To whom?? I have no idea, but that doesn’t matter because I still haven’t received a call back. This is madness. I had ordered two of the wireless whitening kits and have gone through using 1-1/4 of the gel whitening serums and had noticed its ineffectiveness. I had thrown out the plastic of the 1st kit I was using BUT realized my second unopened kit had a “label correction:” sticker saying the serum exp 11/23. I just purchased these in July.. their website says the shelf life of these serums are 2 years… mine expired in 4 months. This goes the same for the whitening toothpaste I received. Their faq page says 18 months but the toothpaste I received is expiring 5/24 after receiving the order in September. I’m just here with expired/near expiring products. I just wanted replacements.. but at this point, I just want refunds for these orders.
