Continuously asks for a photo to show the irritation which is something I’m not willing to do. Don’t mind the face wash and retinol lotion but the eye cream is not for me. Will likely cancel subscription since they do not guarantee satisfaction or offer refund when you have a negative reaction as most other major cosmetics companies do. Update rating to 3 stars from 1: after several back and forth emails, customer service did finally provide me with store credit for the item that irritated my skin. I recommend starting with the sample size of everything you my want, which I did not. That way you don’t have to beg for a refund. I will continue to use the 2 items that work for me.

I absolutely love their cowash.. I absolutely love their cowash for many reasons and they make it more affordable with packs and other rewards deals that I truly appreciate. They have also sent me a full size surprise when I place a large order! Bonus! Likely a customer for life now. This is much cheaper for me and works better than the Co-Wash company I was with for two years.
