SCAM BUSINESS To anyone out there who is considering to buy from Geologie. STAY AWAY IMEEDIATELY. Once you purchase something they put you on a “auto” supscription without you agreeing to anything. I woke up and saw my balance charged 200 USD without giving any permission. The whole day have I not received any information like mails and such. Terrible scam strategy. If I had the ressourcers I would sue Them without a thought. Do not give Them any credit card information. STAY AWAY

Best customer service I’ve seen in a company. Time and time again, I have received excellent (and I mean top-notch) customer service. Geologie never fails to make it right, often going above and beyond to make sure everyone is on the same page. Very happy customer!

Really like the products Really like the products. Like how you have the option of signing up for a subscription or purchasing products al a cart. Also being able to order from Amazon is nice as well.

I want to return an un-opened order- Updated- refund issued by Geologie *Update below* I want to return an un-opened, un-used order, that I received yesterday, but I have not been getting any responses, I left voicemails and emailed the customer service and also contacted them through chat. Horrible customer service! *Update: After I submitted this review, geologie customer service reached out and asked me to donate/get rid of the products with proof for a refund. I handed the products to my upstairs neighbor, took a picture and shared her email with geologie as proof. Within a couple hours, I received a refund. Thank you geologie for hearing me out! and I appreciate your willingness to accommodate me!

Geologie convert My boyfriend's been subscribed to a skincare regimen for a few years, and I've always used some of his eye cream when he's not looking. I started purchasing my own co-wash last year and love it! I've since picked up a blemish buster kit to more quickly treat surprise breakouts and have found success with that too. Great experience all around :)
