GBSo far I have been very pleased with… So far I have been very pleased with the products. The flexibility of a subscription or non subscription based purchased is great. Also the sales that run pretty regularly make things more affordable. The products themselves have been great and as represented.

DKSCAM BUSINESS To anyone out there who is considering to buy from Geologie. STAY AWAY IMEEDIATELY. Once you purchase something they put you on a “auto” supscription without you agreeing to anything. I woke up and saw my balance charged 200 USD without giving any permission. The whole day have I not received any information like mails and such. Terrible scam strategy. If I had the ressourcers I would sue Them without a thought. Do not give Them any credit card information. STAY AWAY

GBThe customer service always gets back… The customer service always gets back to you when you need help. The team at Geologie is very friendly and helpful in resolving the few issues you may not even experience. I am also a big fan of the simplicity they bring to skincare as a guy who is usually too busy to delve too deep into the science of skincare. Geologie makes it simple and great. My skin hasn’t been clearer at any other point in my life than after years of sticking to a geologie routine. Highly recommend this natural product and hope to see more products like maybe a body lotion from them in the future.

GBCustomer service tries everything but the obvious Customer service tries everything to help you be satisfied aside from the obvious solution when a product burns your eyes and skin…a refund. Continuously asks for a photo to show the irritation which is something I’m not willing to do. Don’t mind the face wash and retinol lotion but the eye cream is not for me. Will likely cancel subscription since they do not guarantee satisfaction or offer refund when you have a negative reaction as most other major cosmetics companies do. Update rating to 3 stars from 1: after several back and forth emails, customer service did finally provide me with store credit for the item that irritated my skin. I recommend starting with the sample size of everything you my want, which I did not. That way you don’t have to beg for a refund. I will continue to use the 2 items that work for me.
