USThe best skincare system I really like the rewards program. Staying on a routine, especially one that works, can get expensive. Geologie does a good job with their rewards program so that it doesn't get too expensive. I have tried other systems as well (Lumin) and have found the customer service and shipping to be better with Geologie and the product line to be far superior in valuen and effectiveness.

USReally like the products Really like the products. Like how you have the option of signing up for a subscription or purchasing products al a cart. Also being able to order from Amazon is nice as well.

USBest customer service I’ve seen in a company. Time and time again, I have received excellent (and I mean top-notch) customer service. Geologie never fails to make it right, often going above and beyond to make sure everyone is on the same page. Very happy customer!

Furthermore, they explain very well how to use or apply each product, which is very kind. USI want to return an un-opened order- Updated- refund issued by Geologie *Update below* I want to return an un-opened, un-used order, that I received yesterday, but I have not been getting any responses, I left voicemails and emailed the customer service and also contacted them through chat. Horrible customer service! *Update: After I submitted this review, geologie customer service reached out and asked me to donate/get rid of the products with proof for a refund. I handed the products to my upstairs neighbor, took a picture and shared her email with geologie as proof. Within a couple hours, I received a refund. Thank you geologie for hearing me out! and I appreciate your willingness to accommodate me!
