I like the device but… I like the device, it’s really nice and comfortable to use, however not sure if I got a defective one because some times out of nowhere it stops working, I thought it was the battery but even with full charge it does the same.

Great device and fantastic and helpful company. I am very happy that I found this company and this beauty device. The first device I got did not charge and I hade to contact them about this problem, and was very happy when I saw that I could contact them via WhatsApp. They answered directly and in a personal way. When I told them about my problem and send them a video of the device, they did not hesitate a second but send me a new device immediately without requesting me to return the broken one. Now I have got the new device and I love it. A great product and a great company!

It’s broken I guess It’s broken I guess. 2 times it worked really good . But the little light was never on even after charging and it stops working after 30 sec and gets super hot :( wish it would work can imagine that it’s a great tool….

The best thing is the customer service The best thing is the customer service. Replies right away and makes action asap. The wand is great and the serum is awesome. The serum applied and let dry, then re applied with the wand, does wonders for me.
