The first device I got did not charge and I hade to contact them about this problem, and was very happy when I saw that I could contact them via WhatsApp. They answered directly and in a personal way. When I told them about my problem and send them a video of the device, they did not hesitate a second but send me a new device immediately without requesting me to return the broken one.
