Never received my order and still was charged Never received my order and i am being told to take it up with USPS. Interesting way you do business. Reported this as fraud.

It’s broken I guess It’s broken I guess. 2 times it worked really good . But the little light was never on even after charging and it stops working after 30 sec and gets super hot :( wish it would work can imagine that it’s a great tool….

Satisfied and Happy Unfortunately my first order got lost along the way. And when I contacted customer service, I simply got a response and help within 5 minutes! That was incredible, I have never experienced such fast service. Not only did the staff assign me a new order, but they also credited me with the serum for WeThera as a gift. Really great, customer focused service! I have now received my order and after just four evenings I am very satisfied with my new ritual. I'm looking forward to the results!

I like the device but… I like the device, it’s really nice and comfortable to use, however not sure if I got a defective one because some times out of nowhere it stops working, I thought it was the battery but even with full charge it does the same.
