I’d like it more if the bowl for water could be removed to dump the water because it’s a minor inconvenience to unplug it to move it across the bathroom to dump the water. Otherwise I’m very happy with it and use it for my night-guard and retainers. Thanks!

Initially my connecting cable was not… Initially my connecting cable was not working (although the device itself was). I contacted customer service to ask for a new cable and they were prompt, polite and accommodating when replying. They sent me out a new device (which happy to say works perfectly!) and even sent me extra cleaning tablets to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy that I reached out and was received with such a forth coming attitude. More than happy to support small businesses, especially when they deserve it. So Far So Good I've had the device for a few weeks and it's making a huge difference in the staining of my mouth guard. I've been using the 5 minute setting and only used a cleaning tablet once, which was a big reason I purchased the unit to begin with. Some reviews complained that its loud but I expected much worse and it's only for a few minutes.
