The first time, I used it, I doubled up on the treatment to ensure that it was completely clean. But after that the 3 or 5 minute procedure is enough. Really good product.

CAWorks well! Took a while to get it due to backlog in shipping but worked well out of the box - my kind of gross nightguard I've used for years is much less gross, and when I replace it will be able to keep it cleaner from the start. It's not going to do miracles but it's cleaner than it's been in years.
