Delays to dispatch were not well communicated, however my Sonic Spa has now arrived, and as promised - IT IS BRILLIANT 🤩 Thank you for adding a surprise gift to make amends for the delays. My retainers are like new again and the product is super easy to use!

GBCannot be used in a bathroom! The unit is fitted with a 3 pin plug and not a 2 pin so it can’t be used in the bathroom. I contacted customer service and they are unable to supply a 2 pin plug so I requested a refund as the unit has not been used. Unfortunately the 100 day refund is a farce as it only stands if the box is unopened and the cellophane wrapper is intact. There is no information on the website about the type of plugs, customer service said it is my fault for having the ‘wrong’ plugs in my bathroom! Really disappointing service.
