I bought this product for my Invisalign… I bought this product for my Invisalign retainers. I did a lot of research on different brands. I chose Sonic Dental because it has the UV light to get rid of germs. My retainers had some stains and after using the very first time I noticed improvement. I kept using daily and after 2 weeks, my retainers look brand new! You cannot tell that they are over 10 years old. I have been using the cleaning tabs and I really like those. I would definitely recommend this company!

Unwanted Christmas Present I tried to return the dental spa as an unwanted Christmas gift. Between the 28th November and the 28th March I wrote countless emails, most ignored. The excuses were that they were busy, couldn’t print returns labels and finally when they gave me a Swindon address I was able to return the item. Radio silence followed regarding my refund and postage refund. I sent formal letters in an effort to resolve the problem. No response. On some good advice I contacted my bank and they will be disputing this with Sonic Dental’s bank. Trading standards have been informed of this issue via CAB.

Initially my connecting cable was not… Initially my connecting cable was not working (although the device itself was). I contacted customer service to ask for a new cable and they were prompt, polite and accommodating when replying. They sent me out a new device (which happy to say works perfectly!) and even sent me extra cleaning tablets to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy that I reached out and was received with such a forth coming attitude. More than happy to support small businesses, especially when they deserve it. It works! I was very skeptical this device would work on my Invisalign retainers. We all know how much they can get after several uses…but, the Sonic Dental Pod worked like a charm to get them back to their original brilliance!

Works well! Took a while to get it due to backlog in shipping but worked well out of the box - my kind of gross nightguard I've used for years is much less gross, and when I replace it will be able to keep it cleaner from the start. It's not going to do miracles but it's cleaner than it's been in years.
