CAWorks well! Took a while to get it due to backlog in shipping but worked well out of the box - my kind of gross nightguard I've used for years is much less gross, and when I replace it will be able to keep it cleaner from the start. It's not going to do miracles but it's cleaner than it's been in years.

GBUnwanted Christmas Present I tried to return the dental spa as an unwanted Christmas gift. Between the 28th November and the 28th March I wrote countless emails, most ignored. The excuses were that they were busy, couldn’t print returns labels and finally when they gave me a Swindon address I was able to return the item. Radio silence followed regarding my refund and postage refund. I sent formal letters in an effort to resolve the problem. No response. On some good advice I contacted my bank and they will be disputing this with Sonic Dental’s bank. Trading standards have been informed of this issue via CAB.

GBSo Far So Good I've had the device for a few weeks and it's making a huge difference in the staining of my mouth guard. I've been using the 5 minute setting and only used a cleaning tablet once, which was a big reason I purchased the unit to begin with. Some reviews complained that its loud but I expected much worse and it's only for a few minutes.
