Delays to dispatch were not well communicated, however my Sonic Spa has now arrived, and as promised - IT IS BRILLIANT 🤩 Thank you for adding a surprise gift to make amends for the delays. My retainers are like new again and the product is super easy to use!

sonic stream I love the cleaning machine. Gets my invisalign retainer and my mouth guard spotless. I ordered the Sonic Stream and was not crazy about, so I wrote to Sonic. Ava answered promptly and was gracious enough to even have me keep it and give it another try but also refund me. Thank you, Ava!!!!!

Cannot be used in a bathroom! The unit is fitted with a 3 pin plug and not a 2 pin so it can’t be used in the bathroom. I contacted customer service and they are unable to supply a 2 pin plug so I requested a refund as the unit has not been used. Unfortunately the 100 day refund is a farce as it only stands if the box is unopened and the cellophane wrapper is intact. There is no information on the website about the type of plugs, customer service said it is my fault for having the ‘wrong’ plugs in my bathroom! Really disappointing service.

Sonic dental cleaner The Sonic cleaner is really the best solution in my case for cleaning and maintaining my night bite guard. The first time, I used it, I doubled up on the treatment to ensure that it was completely clean. But after that the 3 or 5 minute procedure is enough. Really good product.

Works well and quick/helpful support team Works as described and the support team was quick to respond to my questions (I couldn’t figure out how to use it lol). I’d like it more if the bowl for water could be removed to dump the water because it’s a minor inconvenience to unplug it to move it across the bathroom to dump the water. Otherwise I’m very happy with it and use it for my night-guard and retainers. Thanks!
