GBCannot be used in a bathroom! The unit is fitted with a 3 pin plug and not a 2 pin so it can’t be used in the bathroom. I contacted customer service and they are unable to supply a 2 pin plug so I requested a refund as the unit has not been used. Unfortunately the 100 day refund is a farce as it only stands if the box is unopened and the cellophane wrapper is intact. There is no information on the website about the type of plugs, customer service said it is my fault for having the ‘wrong’ plugs in my bathroom! Really disappointing service.

GBsonic stream I love the cleaning machine. Gets my invisalign retainer and my mouth guard spotless. I ordered the Sonic Stream and was not crazy about, so I wrote to Sonic. Ava answered promptly and was gracious enough to even have me keep it and give it another try but also refund me. Thank you, Ava!!!!!

AUInitially my connecting cable was not… Initially my connecting cable was not working (although the device itself was). I contacted customer service to ask for a new cable and they were prompt, polite and accommodating when replying. They sent me out a new device (which happy to say works perfectly!) and even sent me extra cleaning tablets to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy that I reached out and was received with such a forth coming attitude. More than happy to support small businesses, especially when they deserve it.
