GBIt works! I was very skeptical this device would work on my Invisalign retainers. We all know how much they can get after several uses…but, the Sonic Dental Pod worked like a charm to get them back to their original brilliance!

GBsonic stream I love the cleaning machine. Gets my invisalign retainer and my mouth guard spotless. I ordered the Sonic Stream and was not crazy about, so I wrote to Sonic. Ava answered promptly and was gracious enough to even have me keep it and give it another try but also refund me. Thank you, Ava!!!!!

GBConfidence in the cleanliness of my retainer My retainers feel clean. They don’t look new but better than they used to. I feel much more confident putting them in my mouth at night.

GBFirst class customer service First class customer service. Reported my Sonic Spa wasn't working and in less than a week had received a replacement. Was kept informed throughout. Very impressed.

GBCannot be used in a bathroom! The unit is fitted with a 3 pin plug and not a 2 pin so it can’t be used in the bathroom. I contacted customer service and they are unable to supply a 2 pin plug so I requested a refund as the unit has not been used. Unfortunately the 100 day refund is a farce as it only stands if the box is unopened and the cellophane wrapper is intact. There is no information on the website about the type of plugs, customer service said it is my fault for having the ‘wrong’ plugs in my bathroom! Really disappointing service.
