GBI feel completely ripped off by this… I feel completely ripped off by this store. It hurts me to my core. We saved up enough money to get a double battery e-bike from ridefaboard, we need extra wheels to pick our children up while one adult worked. The bike came so broken, no owners manual, no instructions, the pegs were busted in half. Those are problems I can put aside. The motor will not spin the wheel. So it’s just a heavy bike. This shop (if it’s even real) has just sent me a few short emails. No solutions,no apology, just one word emails. I urge you if you value you’re hard earned money, do not get ripped off like I did. The lesson is, customer service is dead, and if you work hard for your money to feed your family, buy from a real dealer.

GBI recently purchased the AKEZ electric… I recently purchased the AKEZ electric bicycle, and I must say it's truly impressive. It shares many similarities with the popular Super73 brand, but what sets AKEZ apart is that it delivers comparable performance at less than half the price. The bike's power, speed, and battery life are exceptional.

GBDelivery was little late and fixing the… Delivery was little late and fixing the bike took long time and the instruction were confusing ( not clear) finally I had to go to professional help.

GBI have pros and cons of this I have pros and cons of this. the pros were that when they did communicate with me it went very smoothly and they apologized about the delay. the cons was that when they tried to update me the Email was sent to the wrong one so i never got it until it was sent again to the correct one. Overall I'm still happy that i get to ride and actually experience a E bike.
