I feel completely ripped off by this… I feel completely ripped off by this store. It hurts me to my core. We saved up enough money to get a double battery e-bike from ridefaboard, we need extra wheels to pick our children up while one adult worked. The bike came so broken, no owners manual, no instructions, the pegs were busted in half. Those are problems I can put aside. The motor will not spin the wheel. So it’s just a heavy bike. This shop (if it’s even real) has just sent me a few short emails. No solutions,no apology, just one word emails. I urge you if you value you’re hard earned money, do not get ripped off like I did. The lesson is, customer service is dead, and if you work hard for your money to feed your family, buy from a real dealer.

Honest review about the FäBoard Made a honest review about the FäBoard and the review got deleted. The specs are not as good as in real-life. The weight is like 6,9 kg than as on the website written 4.9 kg. I had serious injuries because the board disconnected a few times while driving and the board is overall dangerous. This is honest and I am sure that a lot of people will agree who owns one of them.
