I have pros and cons of this I have pros and cons of this. the pros were that when they did communicate with me it went very smoothly and they apologized about the delay. the cons was that when they tried to update me the Email was sent to the wrong one so i never got it until it was sent again to the correct one. Overall I'm still happy that i get to ride and actually experience a E bike.
