GBI have pros and cons of this I have pros and cons of this. the pros were that when they did communicate with me it went very smoothly and they apologized about the delay. the cons was that when they tried to update me the Email was sent to the wrong one so i never got it until it was sent again to the correct one. Overall I'm still happy that i get to ride and actually experience a E bike.

GBThe website experienced some glitches… The website experienced some glitches as I attempted to check out, repeatedly placing 37 scooters into my cart instead of one. Additionally, after receiving my scooter, I attempted to return it for a different model, but I was completely unable to contact anyone at the company to initiate the return. Over the seven day return period, I sent six emails with no response. Upon attempting to use the chat function on the website, I waited two days before receiving a response. When I let the chat monitor know I was hoping to start a return, I never heard back. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the customer service, but pleased with the product.
