Overall I'm still happy that i get to ride and actually experience a E bike.

Additionally, after receiving my scooter, I attempted to return it for a different model, but I was completely unable to contact anyone at the company to initiate the return. Over the seven day return period, I sent six emails with no response. Upon attempting to use the chat function on the website, I waited two days before receiving a response. When I let the chat monitor know I was hoping to start a return, I never heard back. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the customer service, but pleased with the product.
