Meant to have 24/7 live chat but totally misleading as there is no live chat available half the time and it just sends an email instead. I'm losing sales and customers because of the ineptitude of Ecwid. It seems user friendly enough at first but there are too many bug issues for me that affect sales and they aren't resolved in a timely way. Also does not integrate with Royal Mail Click and Drop. They could be so much better as the platform really does seem quite useable but things constantly keep going wrong. Would not renew my subscription. Just such a pain as I spent so long setting my shop up.

Unbelievable customer support Our business started with Ecwid. The customer support is beyond amazing. The whole platform is getting better and better exponentially. If you are starting an ecommerce store then there is definitely not a better platform out there. I tried all of them so I would know.
