Find an other platform to sell on e-commerce! ! It was quite easy to build my store. However, at my plan, which is The "ventutra" plan, they only allow you 100 pictures or products. Which, is fine. What is not fine is that on this plan there's no abandoned carts app unless you change your plan to the higher plan. Which is an extra $15.00US a month. Also any other app like a currency app is extra. And most app you can't use unless you upgrade. Now, they are charging more per month. If you want to leave during your paid year, they don't give you a refund. That kind of sucks. The BUY button did not connect you anywhere, so your customers couldn't even you buy if they wanted to. It sucks...

Sudden huge price increase Ecwid is a good platform but in many cases the pricing is unbalanced. Certain basic features are kept from the venture plan that shouldn’t be and I had trouble in the past because of such a decision. But what made me submit this review is that they have suddenly increased the price of the venture plan (and I assume the other ones) by a huge amount.

I wholeheartedly recommend ECWID I wholeheartedly recommend ECWID. I've been using ECWID for several years now for students to pay for their acting classes. It's very easy and straightforward to manage. The android app is handy too to see sales and check instantly if a student has paid their fees.

Great value for money and easy to set up and use I'm loving Ecwid - been using the Business package as my ecommerce platform for 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. Such good value for money and I can do all the store setup and maintenance myself. No need for an expensive consultant.

Elements of their platform don't work… Elements of their platform don't work and they estimate a bug fix of at least a month to fix. Really poor communication. Meant to have 24/7 live chat but totally misleading as there is no live chat available half the time and it just sends an email instead. I'm losing sales and customers because of the ineptitude of Ecwid. It seems user friendly enough at first but there are too many bug issues for me that affect sales and they aren't resolved in a timely way. Also does not integrate with Royal Mail Click and Drop. They could be so much better as the platform really does seem quite useable but things constantly keep going wrong. Would not renew my subscription. Just such a pain as I spent so long setting my shop up.
