They have set pricing which isn't based on your active user count so you're going to save a lot of money per month in comparison to Intercom.

HelpCrunch became a best solution for our customer support: Helpcrunch became a 7 x cheaper solution for our customer support compared to Intercom. They don't have a help desk yet. But I was told they will soon.

ROEasy-to-use software that boosts customer engagement I’d start by saying that it’s the best tool in the niche for its price. Furthermore, I love their customer support, the team is always friendly and open to answering any questions. It seems like I’ve already tried each customer communication software out there, so you can trust my opinion! :)) Eventually, I chose HelpCrunch and I am so glad I did it. It’s so easy to set up and use. You should know that I am not a techie at all! I work as a chief editor at the news agency, and it took me just two hours to install and set up HelpCrunch. So if you ask me, I would suggest HelpCrunch to anyone who wants to improve communication with customers.

GB5 out of 5 for HelpCrunch So where do I start? I have been looking for a live chat solution that had a modern interface, with targetted chat and would allow me to put on multiple websites without getting charged a small fortune. I chose HelpCrunch specifically for reasons. I would certainly recommend. Plus the team offered really good responsive answers to any questions that I had.
