HKScam ? Ordered sth with no reply at all I recently ordered something on airmax-97.com and it seems a scam. waited for 3 weeks. nil update on the order. customer service is a contact with email ending with "gmail.com". They actually advertise themselves on IG. The website below uses Big Cartel as host. airmax-97.com/

GBBig Cartel for the win I started a small business December 2020. I shopped around before settling on the big cartel because they offered 5 products for free. I has no previous website building experience but I didn’t need any to build a website with the big cartel. I customized my website to my liking and everyone loved it. Customer services has been A1. Anytime I have emailed them with a concern or needed assistance they have been on it. Recently the rep help me for over an hour with my domain issue because google changed things on their end. I recently upgraded to a paid plan for 50 products and I love it. My favorite part of the big cartel is the mobile app. I can create order with a couple clicks of my phone, add products, post to Facebook, take cash payments, look at shipments, and more from my mobile device. And they recently upgraded it. And the price is so low.

GBAbject Christ, I wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering from Big Cartel. They run a business under "Old School Leeds" for retro Leeds United stuff. Advertise on Facebook a lot. I treated myself to a t-shirt. Nothing! 1st email after 3 weeks unanswered. 2nd email after a month unanswered. 3rd email unanswered. No tshirt. Nothing. Abject

GBAn amazing website builder! I am using Big Cartel to make my small business, it is a great site especially if your new. All of the other reviews that say it’s a scam or they took their money, that’s not big cartel, that’s a site someone made on big cartel to scam people.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I brought something in August and never received my order and on October 28th they finally emailed me saying I would get a refund in 10-14 business days yet it’s November 21 and still not clothes no refund and I’ve been contacting them nonstop and no response. This is a scam and I lost 75$ for nothing.
