One thing I would say is that there needs to be more options in terms of designs. It's a bit limited but once you change colours, layout and fonts you're good

Ordered sth with no reply at all I recently ordered something on airmax-97.com and it seems a scam. waited for 3 weeks. nil update on the order. customer service is a contact with email ending with "gmail.com". Abject Christ, I wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering from Big Cartel. They run a business under "Old School Leeds" for retro Leeds United stuff. Advertise on Facebook a lot. I treated myself to a t-shirt. Nothing! 1st email after 3 weeks unanswered. 2nd email after a month unanswered. 3rd email unanswered. No tshirt. Nothing. Abject

Never received item I paid for I ordered a Ludo back in May. Seller claimed they had surgery so there would be a delay in shipping. That's fine, life happens. Months go by, messages are ignored, my money is gone. PayPal wasn't an option when I paid and it turns out these debit/credit cards are just as much of a scam because they don't offer any of the protection they advertise.
