Weird company ran by a far left Marxist! This company is straight up odd! It charges over the top prices for a basic service with limited functionality! You can only add 500 products in their max plan which used to only allow 300, their apps are basic and the fact they say they are for small businesses is a joke seeing as they charge so much! Also upon research I have discovered the ceo is a far left Marxist who believes police should be defunded and only black lives matter!

This ecommerce platform is good for… This ecommerce platform is good for small businesses. If you're just starting out then I would recommend, very straight forward, easy to use and affordable. One thing I would say is that there needs to be more options in terms of designs. It's a bit limited but once you change colours, layout and fonts you're good

Never received item I paid for I ordered a Ludo back in May. Seller claimed they had surgery so there would be a delay in shipping. That's fine, life happens. Months go by, messages are ignored, my money is gone. PayPal wasn't an option when I paid and it turns out these debit/credit cards are just as much of a scam because they don't offer any of the protection they advertise.

Abject Christ, I wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering from Big Cartel. They run a business under "Old School Leeds" for retro Leeds United stuff. Advertise on Facebook a lot. I treated myself to a t-shirt. Nothing! 1st email after 3 weeks unanswered. 2nd email after a month unanswered. 3rd email unanswered. No tshirt. Nothing. Abject
