If you're publicly supporting political agendas and posting your professional position with it, bringing the reputation of the business with it, I can't support your business. I brought something in August and never received my order and on October 28th they finally emailed me saying I would get a refund in 10-14 business days yet it’s November 21 and still not clothes no refund and I’ve been contacting them nonstop and no response. This is a scam and I lost 75$ for nothing.

I think the bad reviews on here are for… I think the bad reviews on here are for perhaps not so honest website creators who sell under-par goods. However, if you are thinking about trying your own shop, this company have been great so far. Don't bother with Shopify etc who charge a lot. Now I don't know how scalable Big Cartel are but if you are wanting to try something out, try them. I'll be sticking with them for as long as my business can grow with them and they stay competitive.
