If you're publicly supporting political agendas and posting your professional position with it, bringing the reputation of the business with it, I can't support your business. Ordered sth with no reply at all I recently ordered something on airmax-97.com and it seems a scam. waited for 3 weeks. nil update on the order. customer service is a contact with email ending with "gmail.com". Weird company ran by a far left Marxist! This company is straight up odd! It charges over the top prices for a basic service with limited functionality! You can only add 500 products in their max plan which used to only allow 300, their apps are basic and the fact they say they are for small businesses is a joke seeing as they charge so much! Also upon research I have discovered the ceo is a far left Marxist who believes police should be defunded and only black lives matter!

Great, easy and affordable option for Artists I opened my shop on Big Carel in the Fall of 2021 and everything has worked smoothly since. I appreciate it's just one price a month and that they remit taxes to states. I have my store integrated w/ my personal website and I appreciate all the tools. There's also effortless integration with PIRATE SHIP for shipping. I don't know what the bad reviews are about, but as an artist with a small sales side business, I didn't want a store to take over my life and this was the best option

An amazing website builder! I am using Big Cartel to make my small business, it is a great site especially if your new. All of the other reviews that say it’s a scam or they took their money, that’s not big cartel, that’s a site someone made on big cartel to scam people.
