Ordered sth with no reply at all I recently ordered something on airmax-97.com and it seems a scam. waited for 3 weeks. nil update on the order. customer service is a contact with email ending with "gmail.com". Great, easy and affordable option for Artists I opened my shop on Big Carel in the Fall of 2021 and everything has worked smoothly since. I appreciate it's just one price a month and that they remit taxes to states. I have my store integrated w/ my personal website and I appreciate all the tools. There's also effortless integration with PIRATE SHIP for shipping. I don't know what the bad reviews are about, but as an artist with a small sales side business, I didn't want a store to take over my life and this was the best option

But when it comes to business, nobody should know what the people inside the company support in their personal lives. If you're publicly supporting political agendas and posting your professional position with it, bringing the reputation of the business with it, I can't support your business. Sorry, but you just lost a customer.

I brought something in August and never received my order and on October 28th they finally emailed me saying I would get a refund in 10-14 business days yet it’s November 21 and still not clothes no refund and I’ve been contacting them nonstop and no response. This is a scam and I lost 75$ for nothing.
