Scam ? Ordered sth with no reply at all I recently ordered something on airmax-97.com and it seems a scam. waited for 3 weeks. nil update on the order. customer service is a contact with email ending with "gmail.com". They actually advertise themselves on IG. The website below uses Big Cartel as host. airmax-97.com/

Never received item I paid for I ordered a Ludo back in May. Seller claimed they had surgery so there would be a delay in shipping. That's fine, life happens. Months go by, messages are ignored, my money is gone. PayPal wasn't an option when I paid and it turns out these debit/credit cards are just as much of a scam because they don't offer any of the protection they advertise.

But when it comes to business, nobody should know what the people inside the company support in their personal lives. If you're publicly supporting political agendas and posting your professional position with it, bringing the reputation of the business with it, I can't support your business. Sorry, but you just lost a customer.

I brought something in August and never received my order and on October 28th they finally emailed me saying I would get a refund in 10-14 business days yet it’s November 21 and still not clothes no refund and I’ve been contacting them nonstop and no response. This is a scam and I lost 75$ for nothing.

Abject Christ, I wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering from Big Cartel. They run a business under "Old School Leeds" for retro Leeds United stuff. Advertise on Facebook a lot. I treated myself to a t-shirt. Nothing! 1st email after 3 weeks unanswered. 2nd email after a month unanswered. 3rd email unanswered. No tshirt. Nothing. Abject
