GBAbject Christ, I wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering from Big Cartel. They run a business under "Old School Leeds" for retro Leeds United stuff. Advertise on Facebook a lot. I treated myself to a t-shirt. Nothing! 1st email after 3 weeks unanswered. 2nd email after a month unanswered. 3rd email unanswered. No tshirt. Nothing. Abject

NL0/10 0/10. Daughter wanted to spend her pocket money. 2-4 day estimated delivery. They don’t answer messages, like “where is my order?” They block you. Scumbags. Having to get credit card company to try and recover money.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I brought something in August and never received my order and on October 28th they finally emailed me saying I would get a refund in 10-14 business days yet it’s November 21 and still not clothes no refund and I’ve been contacting them nonstop and no response. This is a scam and I lost 75$ for nothing.
