GBThey stole my money They stole my money! One of my locks didn't work. They were great at corresponding at first. They were going to send me a replacement but they didn't have the color I ordered in stock. After a few months of waiting, they said they were shipping me another and would give me a tracking number in a separate email. I never heard from them again and now they are nowhere to be found.

NZGreat customer service Great customer service. I had a unit that stoped working which they replaced without question. Replacement works fine. Great company to deal with.

GBI love my lock it expert lock I love my lock it expert lock , on our front door…It was a bit bumpy with the installation but ultimately everything turned up for the better

GBThis company has the worst customer… This company has the worst customer service I've ever experience. When I received my lock and attempted to install it, the product was defective. Because the company does not have a phone number to call for customer service, I was stuck emailing back and forth for over two weeks sending them videos and photos of the issue. They never once offered a solution, just continued to ask for more videos. I didn't get anywhere until I demanded that they either take back the product and refund me or send me a replacement lock. Then they reluctantly gave me the mailing address to ship back my product but noted that the shipping costs were my responsibility. No apologies or I'm sorry for your inconvenience with our product. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.
