They stole my money They stole my money! One of my locks didn't work. They were great at corresponding at first. They were going to send me a replacement but they didn't have the color I ordered in stock. After a few months of waiting, they said they were shipping me another and would give me a tracking number in a separate email. I never heard from them again and now they are nowhere to be found.

Great customer service Great customer service. I had a unit that stoped working which they replaced without question. Replacement works fine. Great company to deal with.
