Intercom has allowed us to change how we interact with customers and reduce phones with chat and email transactions to increase our level of output. It has also allowed us to create self help features for our customers. Now we can provide customers with assistance during our off hours.

One feedback is that when the email subject is big and I type the response, the space to read the email body becomes very small, making it very difficult to read the body of the email. It would be very helpful if you could make it bigger,

Good Knowledge Base. It would benefit from additional editing capabilities. I write articles for a system KB, and Intercom gives our users an easy way to access that content without leaving our application UI. I just wish some more editing/formatting improvements were introduced. E.g., table cells can't be easily aligned, or the posts (pop-up messages) don't display exactly how you anticipated while writing the draft, for example, if you add some extra lines to distribute the content, those are not always added when the message appears.

Use to use the product but the charges… Use to use the product but the charges for this platform is super outrageous. These guys use to be fair with their pricing but now they want to rip you off for every API request.

Intercom it's a very useful tool Intercom it's a very useful tool for us. Plenty of good options. But I can't give five stars because some basic functionalities are only available increasing the price. For example: a basic dashboard for support management. If we need more advanced then we will pay for it, but an elementary and basic dashboard for the support team I think must be included on the price.
