PKI keep telling them not to send emails… I keep telling them not to send me email about my invoice that I have paid and I said I am not interested to use it again.. but they just keep sending me email... Its quite irritating..

FRI have been with few hosting providers… I have been with few hosting providers over the years, but what stands out with OBHost LLC is the support. I opened few support tickets since I started with them and each time I got a very fast response within 5-10 min, they were always very helpful and resolved all my issues which were due to my inexperience very fast. PKVery Bad service.. Very Bad service.. My website is down from 3 months... And there is no response (positive or negative) from your side.. Even if I have complained thrice.

RUThey suspended my service for no reason One day I received a letter: "This is a notification that your service has now been suspended. Suspension Reason: brute-force from your network / domain" I opened a Ticket #OB-51630652 to realize what happened. After 6 days of waiting they provided zero info, only that: "Because of abuse we can't unsuspend this." That's all you need to know about level of their support. Update: Service unblocked.

ITGood support These guys have good support. Because of own misfortune web application upgrade I started getting MySQL errors and raised ticket for support department. To my relief I got everything updated and MySQL fixed in 12 or 13 minutes. Grazie mile!
