PKI keep telling them not to send emails… I keep telling them not to send me email about my invoice that I have paid and I said I am not interested to use it again.. but they just keep sending me email... Its quite irritating..

IDVM got reset, downgrade from OpenVZ7 to OpenVZ6 i got a very cheap yearly plan of virtual server from their Black Friday Promo, it was Frankfurt OpenVZ7 vm with 4C Ryzen 6GB Ram and 80GB SSD. Everything is good (Support, Network etc) until a couple of months later it was suddenly gone, cannot ssh, also no vm appears on my virtulalizor. I contacted support and they answer briefly: my vm got reset and they will reprovision it, but to OpenVZ6, what? i need at least Ubuntu 20 or Debian 10, not ancient Ubuntu 18.. i ask them to migrate mine to OpenVZ7 but they said it came with a cost, what? i think this was a very bad first impression of them. im very dissapointed and immediately canceled my service and not going back.. Fast support, not very good service. I was lucky it was not a production server. NGThe response to my request was never… At last they have seen reason with me and have refunded me. I am glad they did but for their service, I can bet you their is no other service like them. Just that their free ssl is having issue with subdomains. I have advised the should do something serious about that. I guess they must have taken that into consideration.
