AVOID!!! Closed business or scams buyers and then runs? AVOID!! I purchased a laptop HD less than SIX months ago and it has already died. When I went to the TP website last Friday, it was gone. The phone number from the receipt from my purchase was disconnected. The website is back up, selling to people (scamming them, probably) and the phone number is STILL disconnected. Even the Chat Live feature is "Away" until 10PM. What? I don't know if I'll get my money back, even if I sue, but I'd shop somewhere else if I were you. Don't get scammed like I did.

Note that the the online order platform will reject orders placed using a VPN connection, and may not notify the buyer. Once I found this out, I placed a second order without a VPN connection, which completed with no issues.

"New" appears to have two groupings according to their support department, and you have to know how they SKU their inventory to know which is which. - appearently These are New Bulk / New Open Box Switch(s), which were used as test purpose, which to me does not indicate NEW. - From their Support Department: New Retail Factory Sealed products end with "-F" after the MPN. New Bulk / New Open Box products end with "-N" after the MPN. Hopefully this will help other buyers to make their decision.

Drives were as advertised Drives were as advertised, and working well. Only minor issue I had was that I had to ask for shipping/tracking info, as it was not provided automatically. Very minor thing, but great parts.. which is what counts!
