Unacceptable HD The drive was revived well packed but unfortunately DOA - unable to format. This “new” drive has a manufacturing date of 2/2011. I will be contacting the company for an ROA.

Lousy communication, order canceled. After accepting my order and processing my credit card, the next day I get a status update saying my status was CANCELED. No explanation, I know my credit card is good so I am left to guess that they are out of stock, despite the fact it is still showing on their website.

didn't like the fact that we never got … didn't like the fact that we never got a notification that the item was ship (tracking number) so we could track the package. then i call and spoke to a gentleman that states he would email information and never receive the email. then the gentleman called back after the fact and we had already receive the package.

We ordered drives it said was in stock… We ordered drives that were in stock on 11/25/19. Received a confirmation but never have we received the items ordered. After emailing, trying chat that is never there and calling, still no response. Are you a real vendor or what?? Was there really stock?? Please someone let us know what is going on here!?!?!?! This is by far the worst service EVER.....

wish i could give less than 1 star.. wish i could give less than 1 star... ordered an HP RAID controller battery, got the part a week later, and it threw an error on it's first check. let it charge for a day, still nothing. Reached out to support, they said they would refund my money, and almost 2 weeks later I still have yet to see a refund. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank... save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere
