We started off using a time clock, however I soon found that it was quite time consuming calculating hours worked for each employee. Being a small company, we are always looking for efficiencies. CASimple and effective. I use this software to track employee hours for my construction business. It is great for keeping track of what my employees did on each day so I could track cost efficiency and adjust pricing quotes. Needs a way to remind employees to clock in and clock out each day. I wish I wasn't forced to write a note each time I have to edit employee hours( usually because they forget to clock in or out).
