SINC As a small business company, we were looking for an software that schedules and tracks employee hours. We came across SINC a few months ago and it has been doing exactly what we need. Navigating on the home page is user friendly and the layout is not hard to follow. The app was bonus for us; we can track employees on the go or adjust times if someone forgot to clock in/out. Would highly recommend SINC to new users looking for employee tracking and scheduling.

Simple and effective. I use this software to track employee hours for my construction business. It is great for keeping track of what my employees did on each day so I could track cost efficiency and adjust pricing quotes. Needs a way to remind employees to clock in and clock out each day. I wish I wasn't forced to write a note each time I have to edit employee hours( usually because they forget to clock in or out).

As a mobile construction company As a mobile construction company, it can be very difficult tracking hours for each employee. Sinc has simplified this process allowing us to get rid of the paper timesheets forever. I love the fact that I can acess the guys hours at any point

I have only used the free version but… I have only used the free version but even at that it has been useful to keep track of my employees hours. The notifications are also very useful. Clock in reminders would be helpful for employees. Thanks

It will manage employees holiday time, breaks, lates etc. It can automaticaly sign in emploees to work time using location service.
