GBWorth it for the time saved in calculating hours each pay period! I own a small aftermarket motorcycle parts company that primarily sells via e-commerce. We started off using a time clock, however I soon found that it was quite time consuming calculating hours worked for each employee. Being a small company, we are always looking for efficiencies. Sinc offered a great opportunity with their app, so I gave it a try and haven't turned back. It's a huge timesaver for me and my employees love it.

GBI have only used the free version but… I have only used the free version but even at that it has been useful to keep track of my employees hours. The notifications are also very useful. Clock in reminders would be helpful for employees. Thanks

IE5 stars, would highly reccomend! SINC Workforce has changed the way we work. It is a comprehensive, easy to use app that everyone on our team finds helps them in there everyday. It supports our time management and ensures that we look after ourselves in the hours that we work. CASimple and effective. I use this software to track employee hours for my construction business. It is great for keeping track of what my employees did on each day so I could track cost efficiency and adjust pricing quotes. Needs a way to remind employees to clock in and clock out each day. I wish I wasn't forced to write a note each time I have to edit employee hours( usually because they forget to clock in or out).

GBEasy to learn and use I have been using sinc to track work hours for two employees in a small rental management company. Sinc was easy to install and use on my employees iPhones. I could immediately access employee timesheets when running payroll and Sinc sent a pdf file to my email so I could keep a hard copy of each employees time sheet for the pay period. I would love to see them incorporate a payroll service so I could move from two apps to one.
