AUDoesn't work I've been trying to purchase a gift card and have several times been declined on the site. but my credit card keeps showing the charges, and after multiple calls to my bank have confirmed there's no flag on my card. The charges are still pending on my account but there's no gift card. Can someone please contact me and respond to my emails.

GBDoor Dash gift card order I was having a big problem with the purchase of a DoorDash gift card I was sending to a friend. Nobody at DoorDash was able to resolve my problem, over the course of two chats and a long phone conversation. When I finally saw that I could use Gift card launch for my problem, they were able to solve it for me almost immediately upon me providing the information that DoorDash had been unable to do anything with !

GBExcellent prompt response! This is the first time I purchased a Hopper gift card for my sister. There were some problems on her end, but when I emailed customer support, they responded the SAME DAY (almost unheard of in today’s companies) and totally resolved my issue! They were prompt, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I’m very happy with their customer care ❣️

GBLost and Found We were given a gift card for Airbnb Christmas of 2021, but never had a need to use it until Spring of 2024. We had lost the original gift certificate and were really worried about losing the original gift amount. We reached out for help and they were able to locate our certificate and give us the whole balance! They were quick and efficient and I appreciate their help!

GBProblem resolved! I ordered 3 gift cards and had to come to the customer care center for assistance with 2 of them. They were very responsive and worked until all issues had been resolved. A great outcome!
