Problem resolved! I ordered 3 gift cards and had to come to the customer care center for assistance with 2 of them. They were very responsive and worked until all issues had been resolved. A great outcome!

I am looking for a refund for $998. Two purchases shows up as LGA AIRBNB GIFT CARD for $499 each. Continuously declining credit card Continuously my declining credit card when trying to purchase gift cards. Capital One says they are approving the charges, but Launch is declining them. Tried multiple times, using different card numbers with the same results.

Just purchased a GC on Turo for $256… Just purchased a GC on Turo for $256 with my Cap1 CC and the charged shoed as declined but my card immediately charged and I have no gift card, I've emailed support at launce gc, since you cannot talk to a human, but I needed this immediately to book a car for tomorrow. Now I have no gc or available credit to book the trip.
