No customer service This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you reach out, an automated bot sends a message, which absolutely makes sense. However, it does say to reply to speak to a live individual. Responses never actually answer the question. They never want to actually help you. I will never purchase a gift card from this company again.

Shockingly slow customer service Shockingly slow customer service. If anything goes wrong you're on your own...I would not recommend you purchase any vouchers from them. Terrible experience I'm really not sure why all the big comapnies like Airbnb are using this company to provide their vouchers. Rubbish!

Should have read reviews…… Ordered a… Should have read reviews…… Ordered a $200 uber gift card on credit, long story short my credit card says the transaction went through and that my next due date is coming, meanwhile Launch Gift Cards maintains a standpoint that the charge never went through which makes no sense you can CLEARLY look into the computer and see that my charge did go through unless your using Windows Vista from 1999. I have never had a charge denied and even just paid off my credit card entirely and LGC says my transaction was declined even though I was charged and already made 1/4 payments on it. This is my own fault for bot reading the reviews I guess

I did not order Airbnb Gift Card I did not order Airbnb Gift Card. You disguised your self as Apple Support, went into my Apple wallet, and made 2 purchases. This was after 6 attempts. I am looking for a refund for $998. Two purchases shows up as LGA AIRBNB GIFT CARD for $499 each. BBB has been notified, fraud department is investigating, You are criminal I did not order Airbnb Gift Card. You disguised your self as Apple Support, went into my Apple wallet, and made 2 purchases. This was after 6 attempts. I am looking for a refund for $998.

Shockingly bad As others have said - if I could rate this a zero then I would. Absolutely shocking. Tried to purchase Airbnb voucher on Airbnb app and the order kept declining despite using SEVEN different cards, both business and personal. No explanation provided. The order then randomly went through after trying on mobile instead of laptop. Then realised that there was a typo in the email address so it did not reach the recipient. As it cost £250, I was understandably keen to resolve asap. No reply to an email after 2 weeks. Airbnb cant help, just direct you towards this completely useless company.
