There were some problems on her end, but when I emailed customer support, they responded the SAME DAY (almost unheard of in today’s companies) and totally resolved my issue! GBGift Card Fiasco Tried to buy an Ebay gift card on the Ebay website with our credit card (tried 3 times) - Launch denied every attempt even after we called our credit card company and they said we were clear to purchase. This whole episode was a big joke and a waste of precious time. Ebay needs to find another provider.

GBProblem resolved! I ordered 3 gift cards and had to come to the customer care center for assistance with 2 of them. They were very responsive and worked until all issues had been resolved. A great outcome!

GBContinuously declining credit card Continuously my declining credit card when trying to purchase gift cards. Capital One says they are approving the charges, but Launch is declining them. Tried multiple times, using different card numbers with the same results.

GBNothing but Declined Tried 3 different credit cards on multiple days and it always says declined. Banks say it's not being declined on their end, and Launch Gift Card support is no help at all. EDIT: Anyone looking for Airbnb gift cards should go to Amazon. They are available there without any of the crap from this company.
