GBMy company just moved everything from … My company just moved everything from our local server over to Insynq about 2 weeks ago. Our experience with them has been nothing but GREAT! Their customer service representatives are always very polite and solve any issues we have right away. Their tech support takes care of almost everything in setting up your server with all the software you use. Their servers are very easy to use. Nothing but a positive experience so far.

We are learning first-hand what happens to our company when Insynq gets hack. We have been struggling to get clear information about what happened and how it will be resolved.

GBI work for a small bookkeeping company I work for a small bookkeeping company. Things were going well until they had a data breach. Since then, overall things have declined. Support was great but then the hold times and response time has been slow and inconsistent. We recommended that our clients use them which makes it doubly bad. Now we have to take the time to find a new company .

CATotal rip off!! Total rip off!!! Remote desktop pure disaster, every time I need to work with it, I have to contact support! Incredibly slow! Sales, accounting and support telling you different stories and trying to charge account after I asked to close it!!! Would give negative 5 stars if possible!!! Never use it again and will not recommend to anybody!!!

GBInsynq for my clients I always recommend Insynq to my clients over any other hosting providor. We work with a lot of QuickBooks users and Insynq's support team is the best in the business. No hosting provider is perfect, but these guys can and will fix any problem quickly. As a trusted advisor to my clients, I would not send them to anyone else, highly recommended.
