GBMaricel was extremely patient and… Maricel was extremely patient and continued to troubleshoot my issue in an attempt to find me a more permanent solution to the problem. Her tenacity gave me hope that that a fix was possible and even though we encountered challenges along the way she never gave up. In the end, although the problem still exists, she gave me a better workaround than what I had before. I am most pleased.

GBnice transition InsynQ was our move after years of maintaining dedicated servers at our small non-profit. It turned out to be a great change and the support from InsynQ has been almost shockingly good. I made the change as a skeptic but has become easy to embrace the company. They have handled every question quickly, explained well where needed and are a cut above any support department we've encountered elsewhere. Alecs specifically has been a huge help. It looks like our data and software has found a home.

GBGreat JOB iNSYNQ!!! Like many others, our company was affected - almost nonoperational due to attack on iNSYNQ. This could happen to anyone. True - all situation was very frustrating, but iNSYNQ engineers proved they know they job very well and will do whatever it takes to keep customer's data safe. That means a lot. Could communication with customers be better - probably, but in this extreme situation lets give them a break on that.

GBThe first 2 years with Insynq were… The first 2 years with Insynq were great. Since then it continuously went downhill. Even after the 2 outages we had, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Customer support is pretty much non existent and lack of communication does not help either. After being on hold to talk to someone for an issue that should literally take 5 seconds to fix (an update needed to be ran. Remote in, input credentials and it's complete) took 2 full days including multiple calls, being called the wrong name after being corrected more than 3x and getting nowhere. Losing days of work for something so easy to fix. Now that we are cancelling, we have to pay for a month that we're not even using just to be done with the BS!

GBQuickbooks version upgrade I purchased a new desktop version from Amazon this morning. Getting the wheels in motion towards completing the upgrade was as simple as emailing with Alecs at Insynq. I received an email confirming my upgrade was in the queue and told it should be complete w/in a few days time. Alecs was great-- prompt and clear throughout the process. Takes the questions out of upgrading our software.
