AUHidden charges weeks later Originally they charged a "fair" price for the services. I was not happy with the output, but maybe I was expecting too much. Sometime later, I noticed a charge 4 times higher than the translation price. After insvestigating, it was a 25dollar charge for storage of a 2 page document for less than a month. Do not recommend them.

GBI often need to translate guides and… I often need to translate guides and interviews. DocTranslator has been the best tool for me. It's quick, reliable, and supports so many languages. It's made my work so much easier and helped me connect with a wider audience easily.

DKThe service pretends to translate PDF… The service pretends to translate PDF files for free, then after obtaining your data, it reveals the cost for the translation. If I had seen the price of $123 for 46 pages of translation upfront, I would not have provided them with my personal information. To me, this is a minor trickery, dishonesty.

NZBe wary of their billing practices I knowingly paid to get a document translated but was unaware that I would then be charged an ongoing monthly storage fee. It may have been stated somewhere but wasn't obvious. Given their emails were going to an account I don't check often, and that they use a billing service called Paddle.net, it took me a few months to realize what was happening. I cancelled the service but they still charged me for the next two months. With the help of Paddle they have reimbursed one month but are refusing to reimburse the 2nd month. I like to give startup companies a chance, and the quality of the translation was okay, but can't recommend DocTranslator given their billing practices.
