GBWhat more can I say What more can I say, they do what they promise! First thing to know is they are kinda new, but when it comes to customer service and what they offer LuxyList is a godsend. I was having some issues getting things onto my wishlist and the founder Shantel actually called me personally to thank me for signing up and even chatted with me about what could make my experience better. How often does that happen? NEVER. Highly recommended.

GBI absolutely adore this website I absolutely adore this website. They’ve been nothing but helpful and the fact that it’s the most discrete out there for wish list? I love that they have an automatic link set up so you don’t have to manually type everything if you don’t want to. The privacy level is unmatched and they definitely care about their creators :)

GBThe item I selected was not available… The item I selected was not available in my ladies size. Totally ruined the entire experience. If I wanted to send a gift card, I would have done that. A refund is preferable.

GBGreat Service! Just wanted to give a shout out to the LuxyList Gift Support Squad. Recently encountered an issue with one of their vendors unable to complete an order. I corresponded with 3 different service reps over a weekend without having to recreate the wheel each time. The issue was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. MOST importantly, the gift recipient was happy with result! Thx all!
