Programmed rides are regularly cancelled minutes before the driver should arrive. Very often do arrive other cars and/or drivers than appeared on the app. Bolt is cheap, in price and service quality.

It is always nice to take a bolt taxi… It is always nice to take a bolt taxi to my mind. They are on time, they drive nicely and I never encountered a dirty car.
