Ay Apology and appreciation towards the service must read it fully I bought a number from call hippo recently. i subscribed for a trial and i really like the call quality. but their service is horrible. i cancel my subscription without my notice. then they send me an email saying your subscription was cancelled. i texted them and ask for a reason they said i dont have a website. since we are newly registered company we are in the process of website. they should have put my account on hold and asked for the documents to be verified. instead they just cancel my connection. these people are so un professional. i would not recommend anyone to take their service. yes their pricing is also high. you have to pay 15$ for SMS. you have to pay 40$ for calls. crazy. not worth for that quality. i don't mind paying for a good quality. you can find more services like them even cheaper. --------------------------------------------------- I am updating this review keeping my old comments. coz yes i did face an issue with this company. but later there were 3 gentlemen called me and they help me fix all the issues i mentioned above and gave 1 month free + 15% free on my billing for lifetime. also the best part is they were listening to my suggestions and willing to fix it. also i would like to recommend this to all my friends and familt

Worst Experience Ever!! Worst Experience Ever!!! We complaint them 3 times in a single month regarding the issues we faces. One issue not even resolved and other one occurs. We got too much frustrated by using their services. There been issues with incoming calls, calls not even shown to us and devices ringing in the air, calls directly go on VMs while we are on another call even though we set call forwarded feature as well. There's been a big issues while added the Credits. Everytime i added credits to my account i have to re-enter my whole card details. It very hectic to deal with their application. Too much worst services. Never opt for them.

the worst ever - DONT EVEN TRY the worst ever! after signup and paid and setting up the whatsapp number though their platform i got suddenly suspension account ! . i spent hours of setting the account and just received email from compliance without even clarifying the reason or at giving me sometime to manage my setup again ! . they have good customer support but i assume they have bad management , finance and compliance team. i dont recommend them by all means if you will take the risk. one more thing i was at trial period and suddenly i found my card charged for 100 usd. when i asked them they told me no refund and after pushing back they refunded a lot of solutions better than this one in the market.

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. I signed up for their free trial and received an email requesting my state ID, and legal business government documents. I responded there was no way I was sending you that information for a free trial, and no one answered. I tried contacting them via their chat, and each time, they would read my messages but would not respond with anything. I tried this multiple times. I tried calling their phone number and their sales dept stated they were not available at 11:30 am eastern time. They are a big scam.
