GBPoor connectivity, even worse business practice We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

GBBait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

TRAbsolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Customer service doesn't reply to all messages, I mean at all. Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.

INI was trying to sign up as a customer I was trying to sign up as a customer, unfortunately while signing up, the message says, "We regret to inform you that your email does not meet our requirements for signing up. Please try with different business domain." This is a very bad experience, so I suggest you find an alternative to callhippo.

AEAy Apology and appreciation towards the service must read it fully I bought a number from call hippo recently. i subscribed for a trial and i really like the call quality. but their service is horrible. i cancel my subscription without my notice. then they send me an email saying your subscription was cancelled. i texted them and ask for a reason they said i dont have a website. since we are newly registered company we are in the process of website. they should have put my account on hold and asked for the documents to be verified. instead they just cancel my connection. these people are so un professional. i would not recommend anyone to take their service. yes their pricing is also high. you have to pay 15$ for SMS. you have to pay 40$ for calls. crazy. not worth for that quality. i don't mind paying for a good quality. you can find more services like them even cheaper. --------------------------------------------------- I am updating this review keeping my old comments. coz yes i did face an issue with this company. but later there were 3 gentlemen called me and they help me fix all the issues i mentioned above and gave 1 month free + 15% free on my billing for lifetime. also the best part is they were listening to my suggestions and willing to fix it. also i would like to recommend this to all my friends and familt
