Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Customer service doesn't reply to all messages, I mean at all. Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.

I had a great experience with Aparna… I had a great experience with Aparna from Call Hippo. I was having difficulty trying to log into my Call Hippo account and she fixed the issue I was having in a quick efficient manner. Thank you Aparna for your help.

Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

I was trying to sign up as a customer I was trying to sign up as a customer, unfortunately while signing up, the message says, "We regret to inform you that your email does not meet our requirements for signing up. Please try with different business domain." This is a very bad experience, so I suggest you find an alternative to callhippo.

Just the worst plattform I've ever… Just the worst plattform I've ever used. I nearly contacted the support every other day just because there are so many errors. Callhippo Whatsapp is even worse. Plattform is way to expensive.
