Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

CallHippo So far, so good. Their support team is responsive. Jintu, assisted me through my questions. Just subscribed within the month. transferring from another phone service provider. Previous to that, we had a call center which of fees were astronomical.

Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Customer service doesn't reply to all messages, I mean at all. Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.

I was trying to sign up as a customer I was trying to sign up as a customer, unfortunately while signing up, the message says, "We regret to inform you that your email does not meet our requirements for signing up. Please try with different business domain." This is a very bad experience, so I suggest you find an alternative to callhippo.
