Just the worst plattform I've ever… Just the worst plattform I've ever used. I nearly contacted the support every other day just because there are so many errors. Callhippo Whatsapp is even worse. Plattform is way to expensive.

Horrible platform and customer support The platform used to be decent but is now terrible. They deleted our two numbers we were using and cancelled our plan with no email notification. When we purchased the two numbers back they switched our plan to something that was double the price of our old plan with no explanation, now instead of helping me get back to the old plan they are repeatedly closing my ticket pretending it is resolved.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.

Had trouble understanding where to go… Had trouble understanding where to go on call hippo to access my call recordings and get my calls going. Jintu was a great help and assisted me getting me squared away. Amazing service
