Just the worst plattform I've ever… Just the worst plattform I've ever used. I nearly contacted the support every other day just because there are so many errors. Callhippo Whatsapp is even worse. Plattform is way to expensive.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.

Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

CallHippo So far, so good. Their support team is responsive. Jintu, assisted me through my questions. Just subscribed within the month. transferring from another phone service provider. Previous to that, we had a call center which of fees were astronomical.
