Just the worst plattform I've ever… Just the worst plattform I've ever used. I nearly contacted the support every other day just because there are so many errors. Callhippo Whatsapp is even worse. Plattform is way to expensive.

Poor connectivity, even worse business practice We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.

CallHippo So far, so good. Their support team is responsive. Jintu, assisted me through my questions. Just subscribed within the month. transferring from another phone service provider. Previous to that, we had a call center which of fees were astronomical.

Simply "priceless", or should I say "worthless"? Simply priceless. Seriosly, their support is just worthless plus the line I purchased does not receive a single call because it was reported as SPAM nevertheless I NEVER used it. They will ask you to pay for a second verification and give no refund.
