SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS Paid the starter fee, found their interface unusable, canceled and wanted a refund. Was told they do not offer refunds. Bank and authorities will get my money back. They are SCAMMERS and should never be trusted.

It's too expensive, useless ,no refund, no support It's too expensive, didn't mention about credits on their pricing plans, I purchase number then I can't even receive calls or messages until i deposit balance. and worst customer support services as well ! Greedy greedy greedy and they charge for other months without confirmation and their is no option to stop renew so we have to cancel and delete this account !!

Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.
