Horrible platform and customer support The platform used to be decent but is now terrible. They deleted our two numbers we were using and cancelled our plan with no email notification. When we purchased the two numbers back they switched our plan to something that was double the price of our old plan with no explanation, now instead of helping me get back to the old plan they are repeatedly closing my ticket pretending it is resolved.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS Paid the starter fee, found their interface unusable, canceled and wanted a refund. Was told they do not offer refunds. Bank and authorities will get my money back. They are SCAMMERS and should never be trusted.

Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Customer service doesn't reply to all messages, I mean at all. Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.

No issues so far! I've been using CallHippo's service for several months and it works really well for me. The monthly charge is always what was contracted and customer service is great. I have no issues so far. I'm outside the US but contracted their service for US calls only, it's going great.
