GBThis company is a fraud This company is a fraud. I signed up for their free trial and received an email requesting my state ID, and legal business government documents. I responded there was no way I was sending you that information for a free trial, and no one answered. I tried contacting them via their chat, and each time, they would read my messages but would not respond with anything. I tried this multiple times. I tried calling their phone number and their sales dept stated they were not available at 11:30 am eastern time. They are a big scam.

PKWe just bought a plan from Call hippo We just bought a plan from Call hippo. A man named Rohan answered all my queries. He was professional, quick and polite because I am new to VOIP and don't understand how things are done. He did a great job ensuring that I have all the links and information. Thanks Rohan

MXSimply "priceless", or should I say "worthless"? Simply priceless. Seriosly, their support is just worthless plus the line I purchased does not receive a single call because it was reported as SPAM nevertheless I NEVER used it. They will ask you to pay for a second verification and give no refund.

GBBait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

GBHorrible platform and customer support The platform used to be decent but is now terrible. They deleted our two numbers we were using and cancelled our plan with no email notification. When we purchased the two numbers back they switched our plan to something that was double the price of our old plan with no explanation, now instead of helping me get back to the old plan they are repeatedly closing my ticket pretending it is resolved.
