Poor connectivity, even worse business practice We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

I was trying to sign up as a customer I was trying to sign up as a customer, unfortunately while signing up, the message says, "We regret to inform you that your email does not meet our requirements for signing up. Please try with different business domain." This is a very bad experience, so I suggest you find an alternative to callhippo.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.

Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Customer service doesn't reply to all messages, I mean at all. Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.
