SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS Paid the starter fee, found their interface unusable, canceled and wanted a refund. Was told they do not offer refunds. Bank and authorities will get my money back. They are SCAMMERS and should never be trusted.

Simply "priceless", or should I say "worthless"? Simply priceless. Seriosly, their support is just worthless plus the line I purchased does not receive a single call because it was reported as SPAM nevertheless I NEVER used it. They will ask you to pay for a second verification and give no refund.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.

Poor connectivity, even worse business practice We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

Horrible platform and customer support The platform used to be decent but is now terrible. They deleted our two numbers we were using and cancelled our plan with no email notification. When we purchased the two numbers back they switched our plan to something that was double the price of our old plan with no explanation, now instead of helping me get back to the old plan they are repeatedly closing my ticket pretending it is resolved.
