No issues so far! I've been using CallHippo's service for several months and it works really well for me. The monthly charge is always what was contracted and customer service is great. I have no issues so far. I'm outside the US but contracted their service for US calls only, it's going great.

Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Customer service doesn't reply to all messages, I mean at all. Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.
