DEJust the worst plattform I've ever… Just the worst plattform I've ever used. I nearly contacted the support every other day just because there are so many errors. Callhippo Whatsapp is even worse. Plattform is way to expensive.

INWorst Experience Ever!! Worst Experience Ever!!! We complaint them 3 times in a single month regarding the issues we faces. One issue not even resolved and other one occurs. We got too much frustrated by using their services. There been issues with incoming calls, calls not even shown to us and devices ringing in the air, calls directly go on VMs while we are on another call even though we set call forwarded feature as well. There's been a big issues while added the Credits. Everytime i added credits to my account i have to re-enter my whole card details. It very hectic to deal with their application. Too much worst services. Never opt for them.

INI was trying to sign up as a customer I was trying to sign up as a customer, unfortunately while signing up, the message says, "We regret to inform you that your email does not meet our requirements for signing up. Please try with different business domain." This is a very bad experience, so I suggest you find an alternative to callhippo.

SAthe worst ever - DONT EVEN TRY the worst ever! after signup and paid and setting up the whatsapp number though their platform i got suddenly suspension account ! . i spent hours of setting the account and just received email from compliance without even clarifying the reason or at giving me sometime to manage my setup again ! . they have good customer support but i assume they have bad management , finance and compliance team. i dont recommend them by all means if you will take the risk. one more thing i was at trial period and suddenly i found my card charged for 100 usd. when i asked them they told me no refund and after pushing back they refunded a lot of solutions better than this one in the market.

GBHorrible platform and customer support The platform used to be decent but is now terrible. They deleted our two numbers we were using and cancelled our plan with no email notification. When we purchased the two numbers back they switched our plan to something that was double the price of our old plan with no explanation, now instead of helping me get back to the old plan they are repeatedly closing my ticket pretending it is resolved.
