Worst Experience Ever!! Worst Experience Ever!!! We complaint them 3 times in a single month regarding the issues we faces. One issue not even resolved and other one occurs. We got too much frustrated by using their services. There been issues with incoming calls, calls not even shown to us and devices ringing in the air, calls directly go on VMs while we are on another call even though we set call forwarded feature as well. There's been a big issues while added the Credits. Everytime i added credits to my account i have to re-enter my whole card details. It very hectic to deal with their application. Too much worst services. Never opt for them.

Poor connectivity, even worse business practice We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.
