GBThis company is a fraud This company is a fraud. I signed up for their free trial and received an email requesting my state ID, and legal business government documents. I responded there was no way I was sending you that information for a free trial, and no one answered. I tried contacting them via their chat, and each time, they would read my messages but would not respond with anything. I tried this multiple times. I tried calling their phone number and their sales dept stated they were not available at 11:30 am eastern time. They are a big scam.

INI was trying to sign up as a customer I was trying to sign up as a customer, unfortunately while signing up, the message says, "We regret to inform you that your email does not meet our requirements for signing up. Please try with different business domain." This is a very bad experience, so I suggest you find an alternative to callhippo.

SGI have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.

GBPoor connectivity, even worse business practice We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

BZCallHippo So far, so good. Their support team is responsive. Jintu, assisted me through my questions. Just subscribed within the month. transferring from another phone service provider. Previous to that, we had a call center which of fees were astronomical.
