Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Customer service doesn't reply to all messages, I mean at all. Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.

Horrible platform and customer support The platform used to be decent but is now terrible. They deleted our two numbers we were using and cancelled our plan with no email notification. When we purchased the two numbers back they switched our plan to something that was double the price of our old plan with no explanation, now instead of helping me get back to the old plan they are repeatedly closing my ticket pretending it is resolved.

Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

Just the worst plattform I've ever… Just the worst plattform I've ever used. I nearly contacted the support every other day just because there are so many errors. Callhippo Whatsapp is even worse. Plattform is way to expensive.
