Tried contacting them about signing up for a number, got left 'read' with no answer for 2 hours and no hello or anything. Don't go for this company, go for other companies at the market, they are much better and reliable and this ****. Don't bother with CallHippo, please.

I have been using callhippo for years… I have been using callhippo for years and it has been a very affordable international phone service through internet so I don't have to purchase a few landlines. The customer service is always available and they were helpful. One of the customer service named Rohan solved my issue with their dialer by asking me to press a few buttons. I will keep using callhippo.

Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

No issues so far! I've been using CallHippo's service for several months and it works really well for me. The monthly charge is always what was contracted and customer service is great. I have no issues so far. I'm outside the US but contracted their service for US calls only, it's going great.
