AEAy Apology and appreciation towards the service must read it fully I bought a number from call hippo recently. i subscribed for a trial and i really like the call quality. but their service is horrible. i cancel my subscription without my notice. then they send me an email saying your subscription was cancelled. i texted them and ask for a reason they said i dont have a website. since we are newly registered company we are in the process of website. they should have put my account on hold and asked for the documents to be verified. instead they just cancel my connection. these people are so un professional. i would not recommend anyone to take their service. yes their pricing is also high. you have to pay 15$ for SMS. you have to pay 40$ for calls. crazy. not worth for that quality. i don't mind paying for a good quality. you can find more services like them even cheaper. --------------------------------------------------- I am updating this review keeping my old comments. coz yes i did face an issue with this company. but later there were 3 gentlemen called me and they help me fix all the issues i mentioned above and gave 1 month free + 15% free on my billing for lifetime. also the best part is they were listening to my suggestions and willing to fix it. also i would like to recommend this to all my friends and familt

DEJust the worst plattform I've ever… Just the worst plattform I've ever used. I nearly contacted the support every other day just because there are so many errors. Callhippo Whatsapp is even worse. Plattform is way to expensive.

GBHorrible platform and customer support The platform used to be decent but is now terrible. They deleted our two numbers we were using and cancelled our plan with no email notification. When we purchased the two numbers back they switched our plan to something that was double the price of our old plan with no explanation, now instead of helping me get back to the old plan they are repeatedly closing my ticket pretending it is resolved.

BGI had a great experience with Aparna… I had a great experience with Aparna from Call Hippo. I was having difficulty trying to log into my Call Hippo account and she fixed the issue I was having in a quick efficient manner. Thank you Aparna for your help.

PKIt's too expensive, useless ,no refund, no support It's too expensive, didn't mention about credits on their pricing plans, I purchase number then I can't even receive calls or messages until i deposit balance. and worst customer support services as well ! Greedy greedy greedy and they charge for other months without confirmation and their is no option to stop renew so we have to cancel and delete this account !!
