GTNo issues so far! I've been using CallHippo's service for several months and it works really well for me. The monthly charge is always what was contracted and customer service is great. I have no issues so far. I'm outside the US but contracted their service for US calls only, it's going great.

GBHad trouble understanding where to go… Had trouble understanding where to go on call hippo to access my call recordings and get my calls going. Jintu was a great help and assisted me getting me squared away. Amazing service

GBSCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS Paid the starter fee, found their interface unusable, canceled and wanted a refund. Was told they do not offer refunds. Bank and authorities will get my money back. They are SCAMMERS and should never be trusted.

GBPoor connectivity, even worse business practice We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

INI was trying to sign up as a customer I was trying to sign up as a customer, unfortunately while signing up, the message says, "We regret to inform you that your email does not meet our requirements for signing up. Please try with different business domain." This is a very bad experience, so I suggest you find an alternative to callhippo.
