Softsys highly recommend We have been using Softsys for hosting with several servers over the past 5 years, and found their service and support second to none. Recently we setup an Australian standalone server and Softsys where simply amazing. Highly Recommend.

Total waste of time Total waste of time. Order rejected as "high risk" with absolutely no effort to alleviate their concerns. Instead, got a rejection with an entitled "good luck with your new host". The response funny enough was from Ruchir Shastri, who appears to be the Founder/President of the company. Seems like I dodged bullet with this one based on the other reviews.

Excellent service at a fair price Excellent service at a fair price. Technical team is very competent and deeply knows about what they are doing. I'm a customer for more than 10 year and never realized a serious problem in any services.

Does not care about customers. After canceling all services and selling the company. Softsys kept the server going for over 2 years. When I finally found the charge was still happening. They offered no help in shutting the service off or disconnecting my payment. Tried telling them that the server hasn't been used in years. They show me a screenshot of .4mb download per day and tell me that it is "very much in use". Yeah by updates. This site is a bunch of crooks.

A very nice and professional people A very nice and professional people, I have been their customer for years now, service is excellent, but what really built my loyalty is how quick their support team responds and solve my problem. Thanks SoftSys.
