We've been hosting our business site… We've been hosting our business site with SoftSys for a few years now and have had only positive experiences. No downtime and very fast and helpful service. When we've needed additions to our service, they've been fast and at a very reasonable price. We're using the managed Windows VPS.

Great VPS service I've had a VPS on here for like five years now. The uptime is excellent, support is great (I'm on the "expert" support mode, so really just reach out to them if my VPS is frozen, which is pretty rare). There's thousands of VPS providers on the internet, this is one of the exceptional ones with a great cost:performance value.

Fast service! I've been using SoftSys Hosting for a Linux VPS for the past few years. The one thing that I am constantly amazed by is the speed of the technical support... put in a ticket and it is usually resolved in less than 1 hour. I've never had any issues with billing during my time with them. The only thing that I haven't liked is their newest HyperV system doesn't provide access to the console for me to repair things on my own but so far things have been working okay.

Stay away as far as possible! Without any kind of notice, closed my account and took my login credentials away while I was coding on the remote server... when I asked them what’s going on, I got a reply that I did not confirm my email... their email confirmation email ended up in my spam box.... in any case I lost all my work and they deleted my work without any notice... I can’t believe what they did...

Total waste of time Total waste of time. Order rejected as "high risk" with absolutely no effort to alleviate their concerns. Instead, got a rejection with an entitled "good luck with your new host". The response funny enough was from Ruchir Shastri, who appears to be the Founder/President of the company. Seems like I dodged bullet with this one based on the other reviews.
