GBDoes not care about customers. After canceling all services and selling the company. Softsys kept the server going for over 2 years. When I finally found the charge was still happening. They offered no help in shutting the service off or disconnecting my payment. Tried telling them that the server hasn't been used in years. They show me a screenshot of .4mb download per day and tell me that it is "very much in use". Yeah by updates. This site is a bunch of crooks.

GBGreat VPS service I've had a VPS on here for like five years now. The uptime is excellent, support is great (I'm on the "expert" support mode, so really just reach out to them if my VPS is frozen, which is pretty rare). There's thousands of VPS providers on the internet, this is one of the exceptional ones with a great cost:performance value.

GBStay away as far as possible! Without any kind of notice, closed my account and took my login credentials away while I was coding on the remote server... when I asked them what’s going on, I got a reply that I did not confirm my email... their email confirmation email ended up in my spam box.... in any case I lost all my work and they deleted my work without any notice... I can’t believe what they did...
